I walked in the front door and a woman behind the counter, appeared to be unboxing some items. I said "Hi", and she annoyingly said (like i was interrupting her), ' Can I help you?" I told her I was just stopping in to see if this would be a good fit for my dog while we're traveling and she replied "have you registered yet?" I said, no, but what are the requirements? She said, you need to register and then stated that all vaccines were required and she named them. She was so abrupt and rude, it was an instant turn-off. I was shocked that she didn't reply with a Hi, hello or a welcome-in after I initially said "hi". A tour would have been nice, but she obviously wasn't going to take the time for that! No children under 5. The facility is beautiful, amazing murals all around, wood artwork, and a hall dedicated to those who've crossed the rainbow bridge. Sally was our tour guide and she was great, very passionate about the dogs. We had several opportunities to pet the dogs. The place was very clean and organized. I can't believe how much coordination it takes for all the food and medication for the dogs. The people who work here and volunteer here are doing great work for these older pups. Many of the dogs are bonded and must be forever fostered together. Any dogs that are fostered will have medical and prescription food costs covered. Grooming as well! They have a cute gift shop in the front lobby. They accept bed and blanket donations and have a wishlist online. You can set your Amazon Smile to donate to them too. I bought a license plate, they are 80% to their production goal. Check out the facility and their website anytime you get the chance!

She was overly timid, had separation anxiety, and basically ran the household. Tim came out for an eval, and within 10 minutes and a few tips, we could see a huge change in her. He spent nearly 2 hours with us explaining everything he does, what his background is etc. We felt extremely comfortable with him and decided to do the 4-week board and train. 4 weeks... sounds like a long time and we did miss her. Tim keeps you updated with Texts, Pictures and even videos on his website( password protected ). When Tim says the relationship between trainer and dog is the most important part of the training process, he means it. You can see the bond he built with our dog and she trusted him throughout the process. We got to see her after 2 weeks, to help with us missing her. We saw the process and it was amazing. Tim was excellent to work with, he gave us great instructions to take home along with a 3-hour long session when we picked her up, even gives a DAILY TYPED PROGRESS REPORT!. Did not expect that. I cannot recommend Tim enough. Every person I know that has had any sort of dog issue and is looking for a trainer... he is who I recommend. We do still have work to do as owner and dog, but she will learn as we go. It's not just training the dog... but the owners as well. Thank you Tim for the change you have brought to our girl. She is confident happy and a joy to walk, train with. She even listens to our 5 year old son!.

Needed to rule out some other issues from when he was kenneled prior to us owning our baby. The staff was not as personable as I've gotten used to here in Lebanon, the doctor seemed competent BUT the price was outrageous. Could I have shopped around for a better price? Sure. But we didn't have time as our pup was in pain. Post surgery my pup came home with a nasty sounding cough - think elephant seal mating call. When i mentioned that at our post of visit - the doctor suggested a full blood/virus panel starting at $350. Hard pass. It took three phone calls to the office abs a reminder email to obtain copies of the X-rays and record of surgeries for my regular vet office. - unacceptable. Went back to our regular vet and asked if he needed that blood panel etc - honestly no, was the answer. Pup is fully vaccinated, kennel cough, bordatella, flu etc. pup still has the cough THREE MONTHS LATER. In summary - the last time I spent they much at a veterinary office I was in Newport Beach, CA at an office on with an ocean view and was offered a glass of Chardonnay as I waited for my pup. Won't be back

Mr. Lloyd was the only one who was knowledgeable enough to tell me that my labradoodle needed to wait until at least 5 months old in order for the training to stick. No other place was willing to tell me that. I have paid thousands of dollars for puppies to be trained (mainly labs) in Memphis and those trainers did a great job but Mr. Lloyd exceeded them by leaps and bounds. He takes the time to explain the process and makes sure you understand the method that he uses. My pup, Zoe, came home with a foundation that I am now able to build upon to make her the perfect part of the family.
