Chelle and her staff take wonderful care of the dogs in their care. The facilities are kept in immaculate condition, and the employees are dog smart people. Chelle and her staff trained our two dachshund dogs during a two week training/boarding session. Our dogs also go to daycare once a week there. I called For Social Graces looking for guidance with two anti-social one year old pups.To be fair it wasn't the pups fault-we just don't have a lot of company and failed to socialize them. Cheli was amazing. She came into our home, sat on the floor with the pups and before she left had them taking treats from her hand. She left us with several suggestions to work on in her absence. I'm happy to say everything she instructed has made our pups much more friendly and trusting of others. Cheli was patient and presents a very calm demeanor earning the pups trust. We sent our 10 week old bernedoodle, Marley, to For Social Graces for their 1 week board and train program. Before she went, Marley was constantly biting and tear our clothes, using the bathroom in the house, among other things. Once we got her back, Marley is like a new dog!!! She is super obedient and is starting to get a handle on potty training. We took her out in public and got many compliments on how well behaved she was for her youn. If you are considering training for your dog, don't hesitate to call Chelle!! She is so knowledgeable about dogs and observant of their behavior and patterns. We went over the specific behaviors we wanted to modify (leash reactivity, guarding the front of our house, and staying in his "place" while we are at the table) and it's like we have a new dog! We were skeptical about having a dog trainer come to our house to help with a rambunctious puppy. We thought we may be throwing money at someone who would come in and teach our dog to sit, which he already knew. WE WERE WRONG. Dead Wrong! Chelle was the most amazing trainer. The second she walked in she started training our puppy. She stayed on task and focused the entire hour. She left us tips and tricks to use to remedy our handsome handful from eating electrical cords, belts, uggs (haha). After one session with Chelle, our puppy has markedly improved. He has not chewed anything he shouldn't, uses the restroom outside with ZERO accidents in the house, and likes to the play the games Chelle taught us to play with him for behavior modification. This was the best money I have spent in a long time and I highly recommend Chelle. read more

I don't know where to begin. 1st was told that they would immediately start working with my dog on arrival, instead they waited til the last 15 min of the 1 hour visit to meet the dog. 2nd they wanted to see the DOG treats I had AND SHE PUT THE TREAT TO HER MOUTH AND ASKED MY TODDLER OF WE EAT DOG TREATS AND THEN GAVE IT TO HIM (AFTER BEING ON HER MOUTH) AND OF COURSE BEING A TODDLER HE COPIED HER AND PUT THE SAME TREAT IN HIS MOUTH!!! They gave me a handout on potty training, however my dog is potty trained, they just need help when they're excited. Which I explained multiple times, but still they said I need to potty train them with a diaper and make them feel pretty in it. They left without truly even doing anything with my dog only to suggest I book more sessions. Well obviously because the first one was not helpful at all, maybe had it been I would've purchased more sessions. And to top it off when I canceled the next session they asked for the $9 bone back, which they brought and gave my dog on their own will. Makes me wonder how many other dogs had that bone before mine. Very unprofessional, and I do not recommend. $150/hr wasted read more

The training is the best. One of my dogs has been through the Manners class, and I plan to take my second dog too, then both to the Manners Application class. I'm so pleased with the outcome! read more
