Our dog, Coal, has been to daycare and boarding since he was four months old or so. He's now 26…read moremonths old. We have not had a problem that wasn't of our own making. Coal was involved in two instances. The first was his losing a baby tooth, yes they all lose baby teeth but it is reported to the owner. The second was around 24 months he was playing and hung a foot in a play set. He yelped for help, soaked up the attention, and moved on. He showed no sign of the incident ever again. The staff is always helpful, kind, and efficient. Coal knows the staff and gets excited when he recognizes the Cason Lane, Franklin Road intersection.

I made a reservation for my pet the day before for daycare, since I had a meeting and thought she would enjoy spending the day at the facility instead of at home. I received a response stating her reservation had been accepted, along with a reminder text saying, "Can't wait to see her." I arrived as scheduled, and they told me the daycare was already full and could not accept her. What a wasted trip, especially since I had to make an additional trip back home to drop her off before my meeting. What's the point of making a reservation, or of them responding to one? I can only assume it's first come, first served. This is the second time something has happened at this facility. I have used them for grooming, boarding, and daycare; sure, it doesn't matter to them, but they've definitely lost my business.

This turned out to be a horrible experience. First of all, this is the most expensive mobile…read moregroomer around. Beware of all the up charges. I was quoted $200 but my final bill was $276. You get charged extra if your dog has a little mat. The mobile groomer has a travel fee and if you have two dogs at one house, you get double charged. This was my first time with this company and my dog ended up with severe razor burn around his bottom. I called to tell them and all they told me was that they do 500 dogs a week and only one out of every 500 has this happen. I was also told that my dog had crusted poop on his bottom, which is completely untrue and that's why the groomer had to shave so closely. My dog sleeps next to me so there's definitely no poop. They made everything out to be my fault and they took zero responsibility. I had to purchase a soft E-collar and antiseptic medicine to care for him - another $84. So overall, this grooming experience cost me over $400.

I've never been to the actual store but have had nothing but great experiences with the mobile grooming. We've had the same groomer every time who services our area so your fur baby can get accustomed to her. It takes about an hour but she gets bathed, dried, cut, nails, etc. She always comes back inside looking so pretty and clean. They typically put a bow of some sort on her and I can snag a quick picture before she paws it out of her hair
