After just our consultation with them, Lucy was 100% better on the leash and now she loose leash walks everywhere. I also really appreciated that they customized the training for us and for our dog. Lucy has a lot of idiosyncrasies and her behavior didn't always make sense, but Lauren and Jim worked with us to find something that worked specifically for our dog and our situation.
