Then, there was a concern over an order that was offered 10% Off, but was not applied. I asked customer service if I could at least get store credit for the amount missing, and instead of even addressing my concern, they threatened my warranty. Terrible service from this site. The chat agent is very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately has no power to actually help in these situations. I hope the owners see how they will not receive repeat customers over a few bucks. Not smart

I bought a personal training package from Instinct and the trainer came to my home to train my dog and me. It was such a good decision. Both May and I really liked working with the trainer Lauren S. Her approach and tone were awesome. I knew from the first appointment with her that it was going to be great. I'd been trying to figure out how to get May to sit for weeks. Lauren got her sitting in a session. All in all I think we had 9 sessions with Lauren. In that time we learned a lot and have been applying it. My relationship with my dog is so much better because of Instinct. The thing I will caution people against is having unrealistic expectations of your dog and the trainer. If you go in with the desire to make your dog a unquestioningly obedient robot then you will be disappointed. Just focus on the over all quality and happiness of your dog's life

We were even sent an hour long questionnaire about our dog's history/health/behavior/etc. prior to training. Y'all...they care so much! We have a 1 year old rescue pup who's dog reactive, and we've been pretty much unable to take him on walks or near other dogs at all. Jenna helped us overcome all of this and we could not be more grateful. She coached us on how to slowly warm him up to lots of different scenarios- we even had a playdate with another dog today with no issues! His reactivity will be something we'll continue to work on for months, but I can't tell you how relieved we are to have gained some confidence with it. Jenna really helped put things into perspective and helped us understand how to read our dog and take things at his pace. You really can't rush progress like this, and I love that Instinct doesn't promise "quick, fast, easy results" because those are not effective or even possible. We would absolutely do this again if given the chance, booking with Instinct was a game changer.

Mr. Lloyd was the only one who was knowledgeable enough to tell me that my labradoodle needed to wait until at least 5 months old in order for the training to stick. No other place was willing to tell me that. I have paid thousands of dollars for puppies to be trained (mainly labs) in Memphis and those trainers did a great job but Mr. Lloyd exceeded them by leaps and bounds. He takes the time to explain the process and makes sure you understand the method that he uses. My pup, Zoe, came home with a foundation that I am now able to build upon to make her the perfect part of the family. I will be taking our new labradoodle puppy to Mr. Lloyd when she is old enough and will be boarding the pups with him when we are out of town. Within a couple of weeks, it was clear we needed some guidance on how to train him (and honestly, how to train ourselves too). From our very first call with Chris at Music City K-9 Training, we knew he was the right fit. We signed up for the 5-week Better Obedience program, and it was the best decision we could've made. Chris is not only super knowledgeable, but he's also patient and makes everything really easy to understand. He doesn't just train your dog--he teaches you how to handle situations with confidence and patience. By the end of the program, Maverick had made huge strides in his obedience, and my fiancé and I felt way more capable of continuing his training on our own. If you're looking for someone who truly cares and knows how to get results, I can't recommend Chris and Music City K-9 Training enough. He made such a difference for us and for Maverick, and we're so grateful we found him.

Always a good selection, great service from some of them. But now my biggest beef is prices are getting out of hand. Our dog food of choice four years ago was $49 for 50 pounds. Over the last three years we've seen the price rise up to 100 dollars for less product. Today, same dog food brand is $90 for 30 pound bag. Same sized bag, just less in it. Know this is a bigger issue, but enough is enough. I change the diet of my dogs for more organic so will not be using Petsmart anymore.

Today I brought my 18-year-old Pomeranian to the groomer, and what happened was unacceptable,…read moreunprofessional, and honestly heartbreaking. My dog is extremely small, fragile, and senior, so she requires gentle handling and extra caution. Instead, she was put in harm's way by her groomer, Ronnie F. Ronnie called me to say that my dog had "slipped out of the leash" and fallen to the floor, hitting her hip. She delivered this news without any apology, without urgency, and without the slightest concern for my dog's well-being. Her tone was cold and dismissive, as if she was inconvenienced by the accident not responsible for it. A groomer's FIRST responsibility is to ensure the animal is properly secured before picking up any tools. Especially with an elderly dog, safety should be the top priority. The fact that my dog fell at all shows clear negligence. But what disturbed me even more was the groomer's attitude afterward. When I arrived, Ronnie continued speaking to me with a nonchalant, irritated tone--like she was the victim in the situation instead of the person who caused it. She still never apologized. Instead, she raised her voice, said she "needed to go to the back," and walked away as if she could not be bothered with the very real possibility that she had injured a senior dog. I was polite to her the entire time, yet she acted as if she was being attacked, even though all I wanted was an explanation and reassurance that my dog was okay. My aunt asked how a secured dog could fall, and Ronnie's response was, "When they're this old, it could happen." That statement alone shows a complete lack of accountability. Age is not an excuse for negligence. What happened today makes me seriously question how many other animals have been treated this way. Mistakes may happen, but a lack of empathy, a lack of responsibility, and a complete failure to show basic professionalism is unacceptable especially in a job that involves vulnerable pets. My dog could have been seriously injured, and instead of compassion, we were met with attitude. That is not the kind of person who should be working with animals.
