Terrible! Expensive! They care about money, not animals! I asked they call me if it was going to be more and they didn't. It was supposed to be $20, maybe $60 with an exam, but they gave my dog a shot that cost $70 without me approving it and total bill was $135. This is a thief, not a vet. read more

I thought Haley veterinarian Practice was a great place, very nice relaxing atmosphere and the staff and the doctor were professional. I didn't agree with the billing of a second exam when I came back after the first just a couple weeks later for a booster shot. I would suggest discussing that during your initial visit. read more

warning do not take your pet here. my dog came home and starting snezzing blood. he is 14 years old and has never bleed a day in his life. and here we are a couple of months later and he is still sneezing blood. i am about to take him to another vet to see what is wrong with him! stay away from this place! joe read more

I have a cat with probably a compromised immune system. Currently she has developed a chronic skin allergy which entails a periodic blood test as the prescribed medicine could damage the liver. 10 days before I run out of the meds I contact the office to send script to Pet Meds so i can continue with the med regimen. The office never told me to come in for blood work and they said the fax was delivered to Pet Meds which was untrue. The level of incompetency is unbelievable in the office area since I have called up there several times about this matter. read more

I am really disappointed to leave this review because Dr Haley as a person seems to really care about his patients. However, the front office is just chaos. I don't want to get into the specifics here, but I believe that they have endangered my pet by withholding 6 days of anti anxiety meds until an appointment that we have scheduled for next week. I don't think that Dr Haley would make this judgment call (at least I would like to think that he wouldn't), I think that there are just too many patients and too many people involved in the decisions on healthcare. I'm truly bummed be cause we also have an exotic that I will have to take to Nashville now. read more

Six months ago we relocated to Lebanon with three dogs, one a senior who we can't believe made the cross country trek. We found Haley on social media and are grateful. Our dogs love the doctors, the technicians and I appreciate the the friendliness of the staff. Having two labs and a chihuahua rescue (the senior) it was wonderful to find a veterinarian office that handles all kinds of pets and even chickens!! (For the future). I love the separate waiting rooms by species and the receptionists are friendly and cheerful. Most recently as I called to make arrangements for the senior chihuahua mix's final days their compassion and caring was greatly appreciated (I broke down while making the appointment). Sadly our senior dog didn't make it to that final appointment, she went on her terms as all who knew her would expect, and I've been so touched by the care of the staff at such a tragic time. WARNING WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED PET HERE!!! Where to begin....first off I arrived early so that I was not late and was in no rush what so ever! I gave the staff up front my dog's stool specimen to have it checked for intestinal parasites while I waited for our turn. I get back in a room 30 minutes after my appointment time. I told the very incapable Vet Tech what I needed Bordetella, Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and Influenza vaccines; Heartworm test; and bloodwork so my dog can have refills on his medication. The same incapable Vet Tech came in with something in her hand and lube, which I thought was for a temperature. Nope...She unnecessarily sticks a huge stool prob up my dogs a** as he is crying in discomfort. I ask her what are you doing? She pops up all proud saying I got a stool specimen. I very upset said I already dropped one off at the front desk...this was unnecessary! I thought you were getting a temp she says no worries I can do that....no sh*t Sherlock. Then she draws my dogs blood and I being a Vet Tech when I was younger realized she had not grabbed enough to do a heartworm test and bloodwork, but just kept my mouth shut since she the Tech told me they would do blood work too. Then the Vet comes in talks to me as she is pushing on his abdomen and listening to his heart only! Never checks ears, eyes, rang of motion you know basic exam stuff you would expect with a yearly exam. The Tech then comes in and said everything came back normal ok cool. I go to check out and gave them all of my dog's paperwork and what medication he is supposed to be on to scan in. In the meantime after I pay my bill, I realized they didn't charge me for the influenza vaccine which I had requested be done. I ask and the receptionist said you have to ask for that one for which I responded I did. An assistant comes out and takes my dog to give him it since he needs it to board in a week. I leave and realize THEY NEVER RAN A BLOOD PANEL like they said they would!!!! I try to order my medication and that was a hassle, one being there is a form to buy online medicine which I told them I was doing why not have me do it then? Then they wouldn't give me ear medicine and cleaner because he didn't have that looked at specifically a few days ago. So they want me to pay again for a shi**y exam makes a whole lot of sense. If the vet did a full exam the first time she would have seen his infected ears! So I went back to my other vet. Manager called and just like all the other reviews gave excuses and still wouldn't give me what I needed after all of this. So I hung up on her once she said they weren't going to help me. A little less than a month later I find a kitten in the middle of the road with a broken leg and was told by them, the only vet that New Leash would cover the cost to fix the kitten, that do to MY behavior of hanging up and not being satisfied they will not fix the kitten. Makes sense to me let a kitten stay in pain over pettiness! Do you think I wanted to call or go there h**ll no! For the ones that go there....you have no idea what's going on in back! I had heard amazing things about this practice and decided to bring my cat and dog here for their annual exams and vaccinations. We've also seen them for illness and injury. They've always been able to get us in quickly and we've received excellent care and service. I highly recommend Dr. Haley and his staff. read more
