I checked the live footage constantly all hours of the day/night during my vacation. And my pup was very anxious(by nature) but the staff never got mad or irritated at him instead always reassured him and gave him pats and pets. I will definitely be bringing him back! A massive thank you to the staff during November 14-17th of 2025! Prices are very fair. Play yards always seemed sanitary on the live footage. They made sure to take out his blankie and toys out of his bag without having to be asked and placed them in his room! They were also very heavy on the safety of our pup and added a note explaining why they didn't add our rope into his cabin(because of possible choking on strings)

It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she's in such good hands whether it's for daycare or boarding. We recently started bringing our newer puppy Gus too, and he's just as obsessed. One of my favorite things is how they do smaller play groups. It's not chaotic, and both of our dogs have actually made little friends they get excited to see. It feels really intentional and thoughtful. I also appreciate that they build in rest time so the dogs aren't completely wiped or overstimulated. The little extras are such a fun touch too--lick mats, themed parties with photos (which I love), and all the add-ons that make it feel like they're getting spoiled in the best way. You can just tell the team truly loves the dogs and treats them like their own. It doesn't feel like a business, it feels like people who genuinely care. We also really love that they support Lifehouse Rescue, that means a lot to us. We're honestly going to miss Happie Hounds so much when we move to Arizona. I can't recommend them enough!

We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have found such a…read moregreat doggie daycare spot to drop her off at on a weekly basis - especially in a city where many kennels have waitlists just for an initial interview. I scheduled a tour in advance online, and received a very thorough explanation of the Yardstick difference. There are three different play areas for small, medium, and large dogs. During a regular daycare visit, your dog gets a short break in their own kennel area around midday, before jumping back in for afternoon play. An all-day daycare visit will run you $45, and they do offer a trial day for new guests for $25. The entire facility is cute and clean - but I have to say it's the customer service that stands out most. The Yardstick team sends me adorable (and detailed) photo updates throughout the day, reinforcing that I've left my fur baby in excellent hands. Every time I drop my dog off, they greet her by name and genuinely seem excited to see her. Big thanks to the entire Yardstick team for taking such good care of our pup! We'll continue to bring her by as often as possible for some of the best doggie daycare in town!

Stewart, twice a day while we are out of town and she always sends multiple updates and photos during each visit. Penny is a very kind, warm person who is a true animal lover and she gives Miss. Stewart the best care while we are away. Marge, who I think is the owner, is also wonderful and made it very easy for us to sign up with Home Run a couple of years ago while we were on our honeymoon (we did it all through email and text! Marge is a champ and super helpful). Prices are very reasonable - pet sitting visits are about $25 or $30 and the sitter will do anything that needs to be done for your pet. Penny even offers to check our mail for us and will take the trash out on trash day. I just can't say enough about this wonderful service. We first used Home Run Pet Care in October of 2015 and we have used them one other time last July while we were out of town for a week. I just scheduled with them for an overnight trip that we're taking next week, and we also plan to use them again when we take our next family vacation this July. We love our cat and she is very special to us, so it's nice to be able to relax knowing that she is safe and somebody is able to check on her daily when we have to go out of town.

They were there 11 days I believe. It was NOT cheap. I EVEN LEFT A TIP!!! Everything seemed wonderful. They bathed my pups per my request, they even came in after hours to let me pick them up. Here lies the issue. My pups have ONLY been at my house in my yard or at their boarding establishment. No walks elsewhere, No dog parks, No one else's house. NOWHERE!!!! About 7 days after I returned home with them, one had a spot on his back where the hair fell out/became red irritated/then dry & flaky. Only to find out it was indeed RINGWORM!!! I was supposed to board them again but called to cancel right away. I was furious!! * SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS * I battled the ringworm for about two more weeks. Thankfully his hair grew back & I got rid of it. I also prevented my other two from getting it w medicated shampoo. Fast forward another two week another of my pups tested positive for HOOK-WORMS!!!! Remember my dogs have not been ANYWHERE ELSE.... So now I've had to treat all my dogs for that. Thru the Dr that referred me their facility. I can assure you they did not have them before boarding here. I just had all of them checked before I moved here in September. W a clean bill of health. Please be warned. If you love your animals like I do mine ---- YOU WILL TAKE THIS ADVICE & go elsewhere!!!! There is no other explanation for these happenings. ZERO. I won't be back.
