Luckily I happen to be able to quickly send my son to get her and rush her to the vet where she suffered a broken leg. She was covered in feces and urine which obviously as she was hurt and scared. They do not have cameras or anyone who monitors the dogs at night so they have no idea how long she was trapped. When we forwarded the vet bill to them they said it was the dogs fault as they should have been resting peacefully. Like I think they are confused as these are dogs. They mentioned they waived the $100 boarding fee and that should be enough. Our dogs are not puppies they are not rowdy they are senior dogs at 9 and 12 and are small Shih Tzus. If you have dogs boarding here I would inspect the runs and would seriously question should you continue. They are obviously another business in it for the money and not for the care of our fur babies. There is so many better options in Sumner County.

So he shoved a capstan down my LETHARGIC cats move and said, he should be better in 48 hours...WELL MY CAT WAS DEAD 48 HOURS LATER. Have you ever witnessed a cat dying? it was one of the most horrific things that I have ever witnessed. And then when I called to find out what happened... after i had to tell him numerous times MY CAT WAS A BOY NOT A GIRL...lets just say that he was a horribly MEAN MONSTER WHO HUNG UP ON ME! They helped me learn that my Collie (double-coat, long hair) had shave coat, which explained why her fur had become extremely wiry and nearly impossible to detangle. Not only did they explain what was happening, but they also educated me on how to care for her coat properly at home. After their hard work and deep conditioning, her hair is actually soft and brushable again -- something I genuinely didn't think was possible. Here's the wild part: when we first got our puppy years ago, she was shaved by our first groomer. We found a new groomer to work on her after that and fell in love, but they ended up closing shop. Since then she's been to at least a dozen different groomers. Some continued shaving her coat, which only made the shave coat damage worse. The only groomer who ever came close was in Indiana. While I was looking Dog Oasis up to leave this review, I saw the old site and address an realized... this is the original place we fell in love with!!! I had no idea they moved locations. Everything suddenly made sense! Their pricing is more than fair for the level of care and expertise they provide, and I would trust them 100% with my pups. They're also clearly doodle specialists -- I see people bringing their doodles in all the time. I truly cannot say enough good things about the team, the work, or the facility. The staff is always friendly and kind and I receive stellar service every time we visit. I recently boarded my dogs for the first time and it went great! I was charged an extra $50 holiday fee, which they made sure to tell me was non refundable, but I have no issue paying this since my dogs always receive such great care when we visit and I am happy to support a small, locally owned business! They also have care for cats which is great, since I had typically had to board my dogs and cat at separate places. This is a great business with great employees!

Their response was they followed my directions. I have requested a return my house key. To date, I do not have it. Sad to say that my normal groomer at Pet-smart does better then what I received here and for less the cost. Paying $75 each dog o would expect better. I also want to mention it took 1 hour to groom both Pomeranians and at a minimum it takes an hour and a half for one dog where ever I go. So that shows this work was rushed and not carefully done with care.

We love this place!…read more We started going to Bark Avenue when our previous dog was around 14 years old. After she died, I was sad to say goodbye to Bark Avenue, but I knew it was only temporary. I was so excited to schedule my new puppy's first grooming appointment with them. Laura and the entire staff welcomed us back with big smiles. They gave Izzy plenty of extra TLC during her first grooming appointment, and she looks amazing! I couldn't recommend this place more.
