We booked our pup for an appointment. PPPS uses text to communicate with you and the communication is excellent. PPPS needed vaccine records and many additional details to make sure it was safe for all the other pups at their location. We dropped off Zoey and spoke with the groomer (Bree). Bree was very aware of how to properly groom an Aussie. We had a brief conversation about what we wanted and believed Zoey was in capable hands. When Zoey was done, we got a text to pick her up. I was greeted upon arrival and Zoey was led out to me right away. Zoey looked fantastic!!! Bree groomed her exactly the way we had discussed. Zoey looked even better than I had hoped. I gave Bree a $20.00 tip. When I brought Zoey home and my wife saw her, my wife loved the grooming. My wife's only complaint was that I should have given Bree a bigger tip. I will fix that the next time we bring Zoey in for a groom.

Stewart, twice a day while we are out of town and she always sends multiple updates and photos during each visit. Penny is a very kind, warm person who is a true animal lover and she gives Miss. Stewart the best care while we are away. Marge, who I think is the owner, is also wonderful and made it very easy for us to sign up with Home Run a couple of years ago while we were on our honeymoon (we did it all through email and text! Marge is a champ and super helpful). Prices are very reasonable - pet sitting visits are about $25 or $30 and the sitter will do anything that needs to be done for your pet. Penny even offers to check our mail for us and will take the trash out on trash day. I just can't say enough about this wonderful service. We first used Home Run Pet Care in October of 2015 and we have used them one other time last July while we were out of town for a week. I just scheduled with them for an overnight trip that we're taking next week, and we also plan to use them again when we take our next family vacation this July. We love our cat and she is very special to us, so it's nice to be able to relax knowing that she is safe and somebody is able to check on her daily when we have to go out of town.

I scheduled a tour in advance online, and received a very thorough explanation of the Yardstick difference. There are three different play areas for small, medium, and large dogs. During a regular daycare visit, your dog gets a short break in their own kennel area around midday, before jumping back in for afternoon play. An all-day daycare visit will run you $45, and they do offer a trial day for new guests for $25. The entire facility is cute and clean - but I have to say it's the customer service that stands out most. The Yardstick team sends me adorable (and detailed) photo updates throughout the day, reinforcing that I've left my fur baby in excellent hands. Every time I drop my dog off, they greet her by name and genuinely seem excited to see her. Big thanks to the entire Yardstick team for taking such good care of our pup! While I was there I noticed the turf/grass the yards have are torn up and have huge holes where the dogs will eat gravel and no one does anything to fix the holes. The buildings are run down and leaking with holes in the walls and paint peeling enough that I've seen dogs eat the paint. I do not recommend this facility to anyone who cares about the wellfare of their pets and doesn't want to pay a massive vet bill.

I did not think I had to tell them to take it out of the house after they scooped poop.They won't admit what they did, but I am assuming they left it in the trashcan in the kitchen all week. Their response was they followed my directions. I have requested a return my house key. To date, I do not have it. Hopefully the next time I hire someone I won't have to make the specific direction They need to take it out to the trashcan after they empty the litter box.

Out of the many cats (5+) that I have owned over the last 25 years, I have never had a cat who would not allow a vet to assess them so I was not used to the idea of sedating them. When I realized this was needed after going to a couple of different vets, I relinquished so that my fur baby could get the care she needed. The Nashville Cat Cllinic has a vet and techs that are experts in their profession for many years and are the best ever. They handled my cat seamlessly so my cat was not distressed at all. I also learned that my cat was being underdosed and not medicated properly to diminish her anxiety and stress when traveling. I was also taught how to really work on her eating and weight. And after 8 years of having my cat, there was not one vet clinic that told me she was microchipped! (I was given the cat from my neighbor and the cat never goes outdoors.) This is truly the place to bring your feline. With the attention, care and love we have for our cats as owners, why not take them to a place designed just for them. Make your appointment today! The office staff are very helpful and friendly, too. I will be bringing my other kitty there, too.
