This last go round, they left my house smelling like a litter box, even though they were to scoop poop twice a day for three cats. I did not think I had to tell them to take it out of the house after they scooped poop.They won't admit what they did, but I am assuming they left it in the trashcan in the kitchen all week. Their response was they followed my directions. I have requested a return my house key. To date, I do not have it. Hopefully the next time I hire someone I won't have to make the specific direction They need to take it out to the trashcan after they empty the litter box.

A massive thank you to the staff during November 14-17th of 2025! Prices are very fair. Play yards always seemed sanitary on the live footage. They made sure to take out his blankie and toys out of his bag without having to be asked and placed them in his room!
