On my previous trip, the one cat I did not want to let out out of the house, they did. The worst part was, they didn't even know it. This last go round, they left my house smelling like a litter box, even though they were to scoop poop twice a day for three cats. I did not think I had to tell them to take it out of the house after they scooped poop. They won't admit what they did, but I am assuming they left it in the trashcan in the kitchen all week. Their response was they followed my directions. I have requested a return my house key. To date, I do not have it. Hopefully the next time I hire someone I won't have to make the specific direction They need to take it out to the trashcan after they empty the litter box.

I have been VERY happy with our experiences at My Pet's Wellness. we absolutely LOVE Dr. Pace!!!!…read more With multiple pets she has been there to guide us through emergency surgeries, a cancer diagnosis, a pets passing, teeth cleaning as well as the basic office visits. The staff that we have encountered at the Carothers location, is so loving toward our fur babies. I wasn't initially sure that the wellness plan was something that we should do for our almost 14 year old dog, but i am so glad that we did. I was a bit confused by the plan when discussing it during my initial phone call, and decided not to sign up at that time. At our first visit, Dr Pace and the staff (at the Carothers location) were able to answer questions, and explain the benefits more clearly as to how we could tailor the plan to include the things that would benefit each of our pets. Going forward we signed up for the plan, and it has been wonderful. If you encounter something that isn't included in the plan, many times those costs are discounted because of your plan.

Dr. Lewis removed the stitches and checked the stitches from the tooth extractions. Dr. Moser popped in to also check on hte stitches. The vets are very caring and welcome questions and concerns. Two week ago, we lost our 15 year old corgi. Dr. Lewis performed the euthanasia along with a staff person. We were present for the procedure. Dr. Lewis explained what was happening at every step. There is no telling how long they had been ill before I advocated for them. Our dog improved with antibiotics, but our cat's condition worsened and she was euthanized 2 weeks later. Given that both of our previously healthy pets became sick while boarding, we have serious concerns about the facility's hygiene and infection-control practices. Out of the many cats (5+) that I have owned over the last 25 years, I have never had a cat who would not allow a vet to assess them so I was not used to the idea of sedating them. When I realized this was needed after going to a couple of different vets, I relinquished so that my fur baby could get the care she needed. The Nashville Cat Cllinic has a vet and techs that are experts in their profession for many years and are the best ever. They handled my cat seamlessly so my cat was not distressed at all. I also learned that my cat was being underdosed and not medicated properly to diminish her anxiety and stress when traveling. I was also taught how to really work on her eating and weight. And after 8 years of having my cat, there was not one vet clinic that told me she was microchipped! (I was given the cat from my neighbor and the cat never goes outdoors.) This is truly the place to bring your feline. With the attention, care and love we have for our cats as owners, why not take them to a place designed just for them. Make your appointment today! The office staff are very helpful and friendly, too. I will be bringing my other kitty there, too.
