I walked in the front door and a woman behind the counter, appeared to be unboxing some items. I said "Hi", and she annoyingly said (like i was interrupting her), ' Can I help you?" I told her I was just stopping in to see if this would be a good fit for my dog while we're traveling and she replied "have you registered yet?" I said, no, but what are the requirements? She said, you need to register and then stated that all vaccines were required and she named them. She was so abrupt and rude, it was an instant turn-off. I was shocked that she didn't reply with a Hi, hello or a welcome-in after I initially said "hi". A tour would have been nice, but she obviously wasn't going to take the time for that! Sorry K9 Resorts... you don't deserve our business. Not really sorry.

Both pup and I freaked out and were traumatized. I could no longer trim her nails and she would cry even before the trimmer touched her. I had driven by Tiny Paws and knew they did boarding, but thought I'd ask about trims. They were very friendly and responsive. For a nail trim, just call on Tues & Fri to see if they can squeeze you in between groomings. I called today and went in a couple hours later. THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB! On top of that, they were so nice, the facility is cute and I got to pet dogs while my pup got her trim. I am a big fan of Tiny Paws! And yes, you can tip on card if needed! My mom took me to "visit the animals" and warned me that I would have a hard time not bringing one home. Well...she was right. I had to resist, but I was *this close* to be adopted by one of the sweetest, ugliest cats I've ever encountered. I kind of cried when I was holding her. The folks that SPA are very friendly and obviously put a lot of love in the place. That is evident with the super tidy and spacious cat rooms and dog kennels. I'm not quite ready to bring home a sibling for my cat...but when I am, I will most definitely return to SPA.

She tried explaining that our dog has had potty and behavioral training but refuses to listen/adapt. She was then met with an unprofessional response and attitude from the woman on the phone (unsure on who it was, never got a name). The women told my spouse that she should've understood the commitment when we got the dog, mind you we got the dog almost two years ago. When asked where we got the dog, my wife told her where, and was told that we needed to take the dog back. She also had the audacity to say, "Just because you had a baby, isn't means to re-home a dog." We feel that this is very unprofessional and disrespectful. They need an entire new staff, or new management.
