Just stopped in to see what they offered. I was very impressed with the inventory and will be back for any needed building supplies.

Ok Home Depot, I see you...! And love you…read more I did get more done with your help. Had a back patio project for my little patio and wow. You had the best selection of stones etc for me to choose from. You made my life easy. Workers here went and got more pallets for me to choose from, could not have been more helpful if they tried - thank you!! Your extra effort made my house look so good. And honestly, at $11.50 a stone, best value ever. If one breaks I can easily switch out as needed. Y'all are the best.

With that said I tried to call them immediately and got a Chat Bot that was a miserable experience that kept me waiting for minutes at a time between questions to make it so miserable that I couldn't stand it which I'm 100% sure that was their intention. my point is from the second they sold me that warranty that was just free money for them because they new they would never honor it If there was a problem. Also buying treager bbq pellets their prices were over double the price at Lowe's! Seriously! A 40 lb bag was about $35 at HD and Lowes offers the exact product for $16. If u do ur due diligence u will see for yoursel. Needless to say I can't stop kicking myself for not shopping at Lowe's for all these years costing me thousands of dollars I'm sure. Please due yourself a favor and shop at LOWES !!! Sincerely, Craig Simmons

In some regards this review is a variation of a "toss-up" aka Heads or Tails. And the outcome very…read morewell could be dependent on customer service. In previous excursions to HD stores at various locations over the years and across the US, my experiences have run the gamut of fantastic (Heads) to Absolutely Awful (Tails) to Phenomenally Disrespectful (Lost the Coin). Bottom line for the most part is my perception is that Customer Service often is reflective of managerial training and support of local staff...and that goes all the way to the top of the HD Chain. (IMHO respect for Veterans often touted in their ads, needs to be more honest and more consistent. I'm not looking for a handout...just the respect HD says it provides....but only sometimes.) Fortunately, for this specific Franklin Home Depot and this curbside trip, Customer Service was a "Heads." It came with prompt, courteous attention to my purchase and the process of pickup. The store had what I ordered on line (in stock) and they delivered it curbside only minutes after arriving and checking in (via phone). The process of checking is was a bit cumbersome, but it worked! And ultimately it worked well. Heads!

This company is trash, I purchased a Dish Washer on 10/4 I was told it would be delivered on 10/21,…read morethey called at 3:00 pm it will not be delivered tomorrow, 10/23 we will fix it and make it right. 10/23 they show up 2 guys coming in calling me boss and man, and say you need a plumber, keep in mind I paid for delivery and installation, maybe they should have sent a plumber or, or I should of just went to Lowe's. edit: no need I have cancelled that order, cancelled my card and went to Lowe's down from your store and purchased the EXACT SAME product that will be delivered on 10/29. You guys dropped the ball about 4 times to many. Lowe's said the will send out a plumber or professional installer. How do you send someone to install something and they don't know how? Do you just toss appliances in box trucks in the morning and they put 2 random people in those trucks????? I'd love an answer? Also the link you sent doesn't work, that's PERFECT Home Depot standard!!!!!!

Because I paid starting with gift cards and because I didn't have my house setup the receipt is gone, and evidently their system cannot lookup credit card transactions when it starts with a gift card. The items were unopened and in mint condition.

We ordered a toilet from Home Depot for a home remodel and waited ... and waited ... and waited …read more.. for a month. They had promised to deliver the toilet in four days!! We tracked the order which was tantalizingly close to Nashville after a week, sitting on the outskirts of town in La Vergne for a few days. Why wasn't it moving? We probably should have driven down and swiped it. Because next, it traveled to Virginia to New Jersey to Dallas to Virginia again. It continued its cross-country adventure through various states before arriving at our house a month late, interfering significantly with our remodel schedule! After considering for years to switch to Home Depot's main competitor just 7,007 feet away, we finally had the last straw. After spending hundreds of thousands of dollars at this singular location for a decade's worth of remodels and being perpetually disappointed, the 2026 ice storm hit Nashville. Tenuously making our way over the ice and out of our neighborhood, we were thankful to find Home Depot opened with the rest of Cool Springs being a ghost town. We desperately needed a generator after losing power, and they were prepared with stacks of them by the front door along with space heaters and flashlights. We had a $500 generator rung up and asked the employee how to use it, being a style of generator we had never used before. This bear of a man his grumbled "Look it up in the Internet!" There were no other customers, there was no reason to rush us out of the store, everyone was desperate in the middle of an unparalleled power outage in Middle Tennessee, and the brusque attitude was completely uncalled for. Look it up on the Internet? HEY, DUMMY! We have no power, no heat, no hot water, no Internet, and no cell service. How do you recommend we "look it up" on the Internet. Needless to say, we shall never return.

He had been installing for her for many years and did flawless work. I did not get that installer apparently because he destroyed my sheet rock and did not install the closets as was laid out by the rep. I sent a bunch of photos to the office and they sent out the installers boss. The finish on a lot of closet pieces were missing the factory paint. Appears like I got second hand materials or things not used on prior installations. Looks like it was in the installers truck for a while. Installers boss came out on 6/21 and confirmed that the closets were not installed correctly. He seemed shocked. He said replacement parts would be in 2-3 weeks and they would come out (he and installer) and make it right. I have left many messages with no action. The guy at the office told me that it takes 4-6 weeks to get materials in and that the installers boss didn't know what he was talking about. It seems like everyone is pointing fingers at someone else. I just want my closets fixed so I can use them. I do not recommend using Home Depot and their installers in Tennessee. Do your homework. I wish I would have. Now I'm stuck with this and no one from Home Depot is assisting me. I am attaching a few photos of the problems.

We popped in to scope their Christmas décor and exterior patio lighting. Both honestly were a bit of a let down. While I get the seasonal décor being limited because it's not there to stay, the limited options for exterior patio and yard lighting was a bummer. It was essentially an endcap. The store was clean, organized and in good shape. Service was non-existent, but we did not seek anyone out either. From entry to exit, we were not engaged at all. Passed several Associates on the floor and while we did self-checkout, the Associate running this area was on their phone during our checkout. Not a big issue, just surprising. Overall, this location is your standard Home Depot location and when in the area, if the need arises, I would have no issue swinging back through.
