We stepped into this Home Depot today to find wood to make a projector mount. When we entered, it didn't seem like a very inviting store and it was almost impossible to find an employee to get help from. We understand the store seemed low-staffed and we were patient, but it made the experience difficult. We finally found an employee to help but she was slightly rude and sent us to an aisle that didn't have anything to do with what we were looking for. Again, we understand being low-staffed can be out of the control of the store. However, the employees we did find were very unhelpful. When we found another employee, he said he wasn't trained for the aisle we were looking for. Four employees later, we finally found someone who was willing to help. However, at this point we had been there for awhile and figured it would be easier to go home and get what we needed from Amazon. Therefore, we wouldn't recommend this Home Depot if you are going to need any assistance finding what you're looking for.

They are all suppose to be 5x10 smh ‍

Stay away from this Home Depot at all costs. They are severely understaffed, and could care less about their customers.

Unlike most other Home Depot stores, I can NEVER find any staff around to help me look for things.

Review Highlights - The Home Depot

Went to the Bell Road Home Depot at perhaps one of the busiest times of the day and got the few items we'd come for, including a new kitchen faucet.

He had been installing for her for many years and did flawless work. I did not get that installer apparently because he destroyed my sheet rock and did not install the closets as was laid out by the rep. I sent a bunch of photos to the office and they sent out the installers boss. The finish on a lot of closet pieces were missing the factory paint. Appears like I got second hand materials or things not used on prior installations. Looks like it was in the installers truck for a while. Installers boss came out on 6/21 and confirmed that the closets were not installed correctly. He seemed shocked. He said replacement parts would be in 2-3 weeks and they would come out (he and installer) and make it right. I have left many messages with no action. The guy at the office told me that it takes 4-6 weeks to get materials in and that the installers boss didn't know what he was talking about. It seems like everyone is pointing fingers at someone else. I just want my closets fixed so I can use them. I do not recommend using Home Depot and their installers in Tennessee. Do your homework. I wish I would have. Now I'm stuck with this and no one from Home Depot is assisting me. I am attaching a few photos of the problems.

Both honestly were a bit of a let down. While I get the seasonal décor being limited because it's not there to stay, the limited options for exterior patio and yard lighting was a bummer. It was essentially an endcap. The store was clean, organized and in good shape. Service was non-existent, but we did not seek anyone out either. From entry to exit, we were not engaged at all. Passed several Associates on the floor and while we did self-checkout, the Associate running this area was on their phone during our checkout. Not a big issue, just surprising. Overall, this location is your standard Home Depot location and when in the area, if the need arises, I would have no issue swinging back through.

Review for Sears Home Repair & Sears Home Warranty…read more I have carried a Sears Home Warranty since building my home 12 years ago. Over that time, the service has gone steadily downhill, and my most recent experience has convinced me never to renew again. The warranty is advertised to include twice-yearly preventative maintenance on covered appliances. In reality, when you actually need a repair, Sears often doesn't have a technician available in a reasonable timeframe. This year I began having problems with my LG dishwasher. I placed my first service call in March. It is now September, and only recently was the issue resolved--after months of delays, multiple visits from different technicians, and numerous parts being ordered, returned, and declared "not covered" or "not needed." After wasting nearly half a year, I was finally told the dishwasher had to be replaced. The replacement process was equally disappointing. I was not allowed to replace my LG with another LG--or even a comparable model. My only option was a cheaper GE dishwasher that doesn't match my existing appliances and lacks the features (like the third rack) that my previous unit had. Their position was that "all it has to do is wash dishes." To make matters worse, the technicians caused damage during their repeated visits. My hardwood floors were scratched, trim was pulled loose and never reinstalled, and the new dishwasher was installed crooked--one side nearly flush with the cabinets while the other sticks out half an inch. The cabinet trim and shoe molding were left leaning against the dishwasher instead of properly reattached. In short: Five months to decide whether to repair or replace. Multiple failed visits and misdiagnoses. Forced downgrade to a cheaper, non-matching appliance. Damage to my home left unrepaired. A warranty is supposed to give peace of mind. Instead, Sears turned a simple dishwasher issue into a six-month nightmare, leaving me with a worse appliance and damage to my home. On a five-star scale, the one star I'm forced to give is far too generous.
