I called Lee Company , and despite the late hour and the distance they had to travel to reach my home (they drove 2 hours), they came at 10:30 p.m, were calming, professional, and empathetic to my stressful situation. They not only fixed the immediate hazard but also took their time, were kind, professional, took time to answer questions, went above and beyond, was very talkative, and it felt like having a knowledgeable friend over versus an electrician.
