Since I wasn't physically at the property I decided to call around for some quotes. As soon as I spoke with someone at the Clean Air Co., I knew they were who I wanted to go with. They got it scheduled and said the technician would call me once he assessed the vent. To my surprise, the technician reported that the vent was already really clean and told me it wasn't necessary. He said he'd of course be happy to do it but he thought I'd rather save the money. I'm so grateful for his honesty. Not only was he awesome, but both of the folks in the office who I spoke with were very friendly and helpful as well. So, while I can't speak to the services themselves, I feel I can strongly recommend the Clean Air Co. based on my interactions with three different employees, who were all the kind of people I'd want working for me. I will certainly call them when the need arises. Thanks again y'all!

Dealing with mold and moisture in our crawlspace that had caused havoc at the most foundational part of our newly purchased house was overwhelming and somewhat scary. After fixing other issues in our crawlspace, we had 4 companies come to give us their insights and an estimate for what they believed needed to be done. The Clean Air Co was the clear choice for multiple reasons - pricing was solid for what was included, Nathan took the time to look at the full scope of what was going on and made a big picture recommendation without a bunch of extras, their patience with our questions and process, the quality of their products, their different financing options, their methods of removing the mold and moisture, the owner's (Tim) insights and commitment to each step of the process being done right (and getting to interact with him directly), the scheduling being done well and completed as promised, the quality of their business partnerships that needed to complete parts of the job out of their wheelhouse (Justin at Brentwood Mechanical Services, Donald Shaw for electrical), their follow-up and not settling until the job was done as promised and to our approval, and the final clean, dry, humidity-controlled crawlspace we get to benefit from today. We call the 3ft tall space "our wine and cheese room" because it's just THAT well done. NOW, WE KNOW our house is much healthier at the important foundational level, which sets the rest of the house up for better structural durability. So, thank YOU, Tim, Nathan, Justin, Donald, and the rest of the team that made sure our home is sitting pretty for years to come. So, yes, we highly recommend working with The Clean Air Co!!

The new owner, Abraham, doesn't seem to have the same values. They recently did a huge foundation job for me and I began finding issues within days of completion. I've called and texted Abraham multiple times over the last 3 weeks and he has yet to respond. I do not recommend this company at all.

He did not try to upsell the most expensive plan, but offered what was right for us. Office staff (Teresa) was very communicative and easy to work with. On-site team was timely, polite, and efficient with minimal disruption to the household. They delivered an above and beyond service; and even worked through some day of concerns that led to slight plan adjustments without additional cost to me. I feel confident this work will fix the issues we were having and will try to remember to update this review in about 6 months accordingly. My only "critique" is the long lead time from estimate approval to actual on-site work. But I can't fault them for having great recommendations and staying booked so far out. Definitely worth the wait time!

Ground Up Foundation Repair - Improper support found during an inspection.

    Ground Up Foundation Repair

Would recommend to anyone!…read more We have an older home that needed a much needed overhaul of the foundation. We sourced 2 organizations for quotes, but selected Ground Up based on Jamie's evaluation of the property, scope of work, and engineer recommendation. No one wants to have to revamp a foundation, but working with Ground Up was relieving. The crew worked on the home for about 2 weeks and were professional and courteous. Everything detailed in the initial quote was addressed. It was not disruptive and our family easily was able to continue living in the home during the scheduled work. At the end of the project, the foreman walked me through the entire crawlspace to give me a really good explanation of the issues they remediated. I hope no one has to deal with a foundation issue on their home, but if you do, I would highly recommend Jamie and Ground Up.

Had numerous companies come out ranging from small time handymen up to national chains, had a variety of plans proposed. Ground Up's plans were the most comprehensive and they actually solved the problems, instead of just putting band-aid on issue. It was a major undertaking: we opted to dig basement floor down deeper, replace all 12 support posts in basement, move sump pump, and install three different drainage systems (we live on springs), but in the end- our basement is FINALLY DRY! We have had several storms since the work, and we have held our breath waiting to ensure nothing seeps in, but it has not. Also, with the replacing the posts, they were able to upgrade materials & optimize placement to provide us with much more usable space. The Ground Up team was great from beginning to end, the initial project manager did a thorough inspection of property, gave us all options, and helped us decide which ones to prioritize, and which ones would could be DIY or just put on back burner. We appreciated the honesty and help. The team that did the work was fantastic, they worked through horrible rain and mud conditions. Things were cleaned up at the end of each day, and at the end of the project. Overall we are so pleased with the work and so glad we went with Ground Up - they are big enough of a company that they are capable of major residential foundation repairs, but still small enough to answer phone calls & emails and take time to explain things to you. We now have a dry space for a workshop- and also a solid foundation that will last another 100+ years.
