They indicated they would work with my insurance company regarding the remediation process. After the remediation was completed, my insurance company issued a payment that was lower than the amount RestoPros billed. After speaking with both RestoPros and my insurance provider, I was informed that the difference resulted from a lack of sufficient documentation submitted to the insurance company to support the full charge. While RestoPros had communicated directly with my insurance company earlier in the process, once the payment issue arose, I was contacted by their attorney regarding the remaining balance rather than the company continuing discussions with the insurer. I was also told during my interactions that employees are encouraged to ask customers to leave five-star reviews and may receive incentives for doing so. Based on my experience, I recommend that consumers carefully review contracts and clarify billing and insurance communication expectations before choosing a restoration company. This review reflects my personal experience.
