Their technician, Joe, arrived right on time to perform a deep restoration clean on our master bedroom walk in shower before we moved out of our rental home. Although the shower wasn't in bad shape, we wanted to leave it spotless for the homeowners who were moving back in. From the moment Joe arrived, his professionalism and demeanor stood out. He was punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process before getting started. He then spent over three and a half hours meticulously cleaning, restoring, and sealing every surface, grout lines, tiles, and all. When he finished, we were absolutely stunned. The shower looked brand new, as if it had never been used before. The tiles gleamed, the grout lines were crisp and bright, and the entire space felt fresh and renewed. It was truly remarkable workmanship. I completely regret not taking before and after photos, as we were in the middle of moving out and didn't think to do it, but honestly, no written review could ever do Joe's work true justice. I told the receptionist/call center my cat had urinated on my area rug and gave her the size. She told me in addition to cleaning it, it would have Odor Destroyer and said my cost was $80.00 The day of the appointment Troy Hayes called to confirm my appointment and I asked him to confirm the charge; he said the charge was $80.00 When he arrived at my home I was informed it would be another $45.00 for a total of $125.00. He blamed the miscommunication on the person that scheduled my appointment. I should have canceled right then but I didn't. He cleaned the rug which was dry by the following day. It smelled no different than before the cleaning. I phoned him and he cleaned it twice more, once the day before leaving town for 6 weeks, but nothing changed. The rug still smells heavily of cat urine, can't smell and odor destroyer, and the rug is unusable at this point. Throughout this Troy was exceptionally nice so I phoned him when I arrived back in town. I had to leave a message saying how bad the rug smelled , that the odor destroyer did nothing, and that I hated to do this but I planned on writing a negative review. I left my phone number just in case he cared to talk to me or, heaven forbid, offer a refund. I waited a week to hear back before writing my review but I received neither a call or refund. Obviously he's not concerned about reviews. When a company offers a service they can't produce, a full refund should be offered. Now I know not to expect better of Oxi Fresh and will never refer a single client to them. My advise - rent a Rug Doctor. It gets the job done and if way cheaper.

Beautifully tiled shower and floor... but the grout. OMG THE GROUT. It. Was. Gross. Stained orange in many places, dirty from soap scum, mold, and algae in several others. I thought no way this will ever come clean without spending a small fortune to remodel the tiled areas. So I got four quotes. Mind you, The Grout Doctor wasn't the least expensive but there was just something about Ryan (the owner) that hit the right way. He's very knowledgeable and honest and has been in the business for over a decade. I went with my gut. Turns out Ryan and Chris (his lead technician) can work miracles. They busted their a**es carving out the old lines and regrouted the whole shower and wall enclosure. Cleaning, meticulously applied stain, and sealer made the orange, dirt stained floor disappear. It looks brand new! I wish I had a before photo but quite honestly it would've been embarrassing to post. I'm so happy I chose The Grout Doctor for the project (they cleaned, stained, and sealed my second bathroom and laundry room and cleaned and sealed the kitchen tile backsplash too). I'd 100% recommend them to tackle any project you have, especially if resembles a truck stop bathroom.
