Jeff was so nice and he did a great job! I had area rugs -3 of them and an oversized chair cleaned and they came out perfect. He was on time and did the job quickly and efficiently! I will use Jeff again!! read more

I asked for my air ducts and return registers to be cleaned. Jeff works alone, so you don't have to worry about multiple people working in different parts of your house. He did a great job--was very tidy--and finished right on time! I noticed the air was fresher, and, of all, the persistent musty smell was gone from the powder room, which we initially thought was a P-trap we had already serviced (by a plumber). I also had him clean my dryer vent, and he came back to clean a couple of fabric chairs, which looked great afterward. Best of all, his prices were fair and even a bit lower than those of other companies. Use any or all of his services, and you will be completely satisfied! read more

Jeff was great! I loved that someone local (jeff) who would be doing our carpet cleaning is who answered the phone when i called! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout all of my questions on the phone. He showed up in the timeframe he gave me, looked at all the concerns i had and immediately got to work! He was quick and efficient, the house looks great! I had a couple issues from dogs and potty training a toddler and he was able to clean everything up and get everything out i was extremely impressed! We will definitely be using this company again for any of our carpet cleaning needs! He quoted us $200-220 and it came out to a little less than $200 which was great! Of course thats not including the tip great price for the amount of work done! read more

Jeff was wonderful to work with. The cost was very affordable. Our carpet was in terrible shape due to time and pets. He did an amazing job. We were more than impressed with the outcome. We will definitely use him again and you should too. read more

Good communication. Texted day before to confirm appointment. Came at arranged time. Truck is self contained. Work is good. Pleasant demeanor. Would use again. Much better than renting a carpet cleaner and doing yourself. Takes cash and credit card. read more

My daughter was moving out of her apartment and had to get the carpet cleaned prior to turning in her keys. She's all the way in Nashville but I'm in Georgia and didn't have any recommendations, so I started searching for highly rated companies and came across Taylor Home Solutions. So glad I found them! Jeff responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes and was very accommodating. He was able to clean the carpets on the day we requested and stayed in touch with my daughter to let her know when he was on the way. Also the pricing was very reasonable! If anyone is looking for carpet cleaning services, we would 100% recommend they call this company. read more

Taylor Home Solutions - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Jet is wonderful arrived as agreed and we are very pleased with the results of his carpet care services.

Taylor Home Solutions exceeded all my expectations. I reached out for an estimate to have my 8 dining room chairs cleaned. During a move across the US in a Unit pod, they became dirty and stained. Jeff was quick to respond with a reasonable quote and was able to fit us in before the holidays. Jeff was wonderful in keeping me updated and he arrived earlier than expected:) He discovered upon cleaning the first chair, which we had suspected, that saving the chairs would not be possible. Jeff was so helpful and honest with us. He could have tried to clean all of our chairs, and instead he saved us time and money. I would not hesitate to hire him again! read more

Jeff went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right! He communicated well the whole time and was able to be flexible with my schedule. He even came back to cover a room I forgot to show him. He's the real deal. Would hire again! read more

Not that Jeff needs a 53rd 5-star review, but ... the trust he seemed to warrant I quite appreciate when customers are generally seen as cash, not people. With lots of overhead salaries to pay, many businesses also pad their job costs quite a bit, and as I understand it, Jeff and his wife are the only two people behind Taylor Home Solutions. Jeff got to my house more quickly than other contractors offered to, and didn't look to charge me for any extras that weren't needed in his opinion (a perspective it seems guided more by integrity than slanted by greed); he of course stood to get more money by telling me XYZ, but the final invoice was not at all bloated. And communicating with him to get the work done was refreshing after salesy calls elsewhere. I'm glad I stumbled across this fella, and it was thanks to Yelp... and now here I am joining the choir praising him. read more

We've had a number of messy remodeling projects done inside our home over the past few months. Needless to say, each project kicked up more dust than we would have liked. (Tearing down walls has a propensity to do that.) So what's the solution, now that we're done with the dirty work? The HVAC filter has been changed repeatedly, but we know they don't catch all of the dust. Solution: Taylor Home Solutions. So why 5 stars? 1. Courtesy - Polite and Hospitable on the phone and in person. 2. Efficiency - cleaned all our HVAC ducts and inspected our Dryer Duct in 2 hours! 3. Flexibility - when we had to make last-minute changes (due to other contractor delays) - several times! 4. Congeniality - Jeff was undoubtedly one of the most congenial people we have ever dealt with. No issue seemed to faze him. 5. Price - simply cannot be beat for the valuable service he performed. And, along with all these well-earned stars, we want to extend a great big Yelp "Thank You" to Jeff at Taylor Home Solutions. read more

Taylor Home Solutions - On the job! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

If YELP had 100 stars it's what I would give Jeff. He absolutely wowed me with his customer experience. Unfortunately I didn't use his service because he is an honest guy and said I didn't need it at the time. This number will forever stay in my phone for future solutions we might need. Highly recommend Taylor Home Solutions based on the honest and stand up guy Jeff is. read more

Our entire family was experiencing allergy symptoms and they were getting worse every month. It finally got to the point where I would wake up each morning with my eyes and nose burning like crazy. With the environmental air quality improving and yet our symptoms worsening, I started wondering if our symptoms weren't due to seasonal allergies after all. After a bit of research, I started looking for someone to clean our ducts in hopes that this was the source of the problem. Jeff of Taylor Home Solutions responded to every one of my messages with promptness and professionalism. In addition, his quote was significantly less than many of the others I had received. It seemed too good to be true but I went for it and hired him. He is definitely in demand and it took two weeks before he could come out but WOW was it worth it!! In addition to Jeff being thoughtful, professional, and thorough, he also went above and beyond and taped one of our unsealed ducts, found a toy that one of our sons had dropped down a duct last year, and worked quickly to accommodate our baby's nap schedule. As an independent business owner, he's invested in the outcome and not just a hired gun that's in your house to make a buck and be gone. Even better? I woke up the VERY NEXT MORNING with NO burning nose and eyes!!! Freedom! It's now been 3 or so weeks since we had the ducts cleaned and all of our allergy symptoms are GONE. My sons no longer get nonstop sneezing sessions and all in all, our family feels so much healthier. I highly recommend Jeff and Taylor Home Solutions! read more

Hands down the best home service company in Nashville. We consistently have had problems since moving here with people not showing up or just doing poor workmanship. I am so glad we found Jeff! He responds quickly, arrives on time, and is respectful of our home. Jeff was honest about us not needing our dryer vent cleaned when we thought we did and even showed us how to do it ourselves. His services are also very reasonably priced. We highly recommend his company! Thank you Jeff! read more

I have used their services twice now and can't recommend them enough. Vent cleaning and carpet cleaning service are priced very fairly and the work is top notch. Jeff is the man! read more

So pleased to have found Jeff. We called him to clean some pretty destroyed sofas and chairs and he did a phenomenal job - they look new again. Also, we had guests coming into town, and he squeezed us into his schedule to accommodate. No doubt we'll be calling him again. read more

Jeff is phenomenal. The carpet in our rental property was significantly stained in every room from years of previous tenants and needed to be replaced but the owner wouldn't do it. Found Jeff through Yelp and he was super quick to respond and flexible around our schedule even though it was a holiday weekend. He was done quickly, worked around movers, powered through on a crazy hot day with no upstairs AC and the carpets look unbelievably clean for a super reasonable price. The owner hugged by husband when we gave him the keys back because the carpet looked so good. Jeff, thank you. Everyone else, call now. You'll be glad you did. read more

Jeff came out this morning and cleaned 2 large rooms, a hallway and stairs in just around 45 minutes for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Taylor Home Solutions!! Really wish I had a before picture of this room. read more

Taylor Home Solutions - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Taylor Home Solutions cleaned all the ducts in our rather large home, and then cleaned all the carpets, all in only four hours! Of the eight quotes I received for carpet cleaning, Taylor Home Solutions was easily half the price of all other quotes in town! They were able to quickly schedule the cleaning and arrived on time, something that most companies do not do. The carpets look brand new and the house smells clean! read more

I bought a chair from Facebook Marketplace that had a terrible odor of smoke, I could not get rid of it myself (OdoBan, vingegar, fresh air - no luck), and so I called Jeff. First of all I was thrilled just to get him -- he picked up right away and we made an appointment right then. When he came out here, he was right on time (actually, even a bit early), he was extremely friendly and professional, and did a great job getting rid of the smell. It was obvious he wanted the job to be done 100% and left it that I could follow up with him if there was any issue/residual odor when the chair dried (the cleaning solution he used had to be aired out). While he was out here, I showed him a chair that had a discoloration/stain that another vendor had cleaned and did it did not come out at all; Jeff was curious whether he could get the stain out, so he treated a small section and it looked so much better. (I only wish he had done it the first time.) All in all a great experience - highly recommend! read more

Jeff made duct cleaning a breeze. Having bought a new home, you have no Idea what is in your vents or duct work. Taylor Home Solutions has an easy to estimate rate and in my case, it cost less than my quote! He was professional, thorough and fast. Since he serviced our ducts, there is a noticeable difference in smell and air quality. We liked them so much, we are having them back to do some carpet work. 100% easy to work with and highly recommended. read more

I could not recommend Jeff & Taylor Home Solutions enough. Great communication and reconfirming with me the day before my appointment. He also worked with my schedule and was able to get me in quickly. His pricing is great, and he worked extremely efficiently. Our carpets had regular stains and pet stains & he got it all out. He also cleaned my area rug which I thought was a lost cause because my dog had peed on it so much. My rug looks good as new & smells clean too. I will be using Taylor Home Solutions for any and all future needs. Thanks Jeff!! read more

Taylor Home Solutions - Apartment main living area. Was previously stained everywhere. - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

It is my second experience with Taylor Home Solutions. The first time he consulted with me over the phone and saved me several hundred dollars. This time was cleaning out the dryer vent. He scheduled a time, then let me know, if it worked for me, he could come early. He did, did a terrific job and left everything clean. I was not there, but when I asked a question, he was very prompt and clear in his reply. I will always go to him for any of my home repair needs. read more

Amazing! My 7 month old pup apparently got into something like a typical beagle and ended up with massive tummy aches which happened while I was sleeping. I woke up to a wonderful fecal Pollick all over my apartment. Ugh. I was looking for someone who had was reasonable and could come in asap and THS responded to me quick and scheduled me as soon as they could. Today I received a text from Jeff saying he had a cancellation and would I want him to come sooner... ummm YES! He was great with my dogs, and was quick and efficient. I have used Taylor Home Solutions twice so far. Carpet cleaning is one of the necessary parts of homeownership. With several children and three dogs, I am constantly putting anyone that cleans our carpets at a disadvantage. But the Taylor team has come through on more than one occasion - able to remove the one stain I thought just wasn't going to come out or the making my wear and tear look new again. They do an outstanding job, are timely, price fairly and believe that their business serves a bigger calling. If you're looking for great service, use them, you won't be disappointed. read more
