I agreed and was told to wait 30 minutes for the technician to arrive. The technician was very rude and made it seem like I was impeding on his time (rather it really was the other way around). After inspecting my HVAC and vents, he showed me a picture of a moldy fan and tried to tell me that I needed over $2000 work done. But then proceeded to tell me he can get rid of the mold for $650. I was comfortable with it until he asked me if I had cash or Zelle. I found that part odd, especially since there wasn't any paperwork done beforehand. It wasn't until I had called someone else when he started getting antsy and sent me an invoice with a cheaper price. All he did was spray my fan, and according to average costs for this type of work it should've been done cheaper. The whole interaction was weird and seemed sketchy. Most likely won't be using these services again. Don't believe the website price at all because they will upcharge.

This technician almost immediately found the culprit, a simple screw laying nearby, had either fallen out or not been put back in place. She was extremely rude, insisting the owner hadn't ordered wrong and blaming my "cheap" warranty, claiming Trane no longer made parts for my unit. Upset, I asked my warranty company to send someone else, but they refused because Fletcher reported another part was on order. At that point, I hired a different company myself. I gave them my unit's serial number, they verified the correct part with Trane, and installed it the very next day. My heat has worked perfectly ever since. Shockingly, Fletcher's owner later called to say my warranty had approved a new unit because the part "did not exist," but that I would have to pay out-of-pocket. When I explained everything, he dismissed me and hung up. The owner owns several locations. This was the Chattanooga location. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using this company.
