Would not hire this company. Owner came out, dented our washer & dryer, bc he climbed on top of them, and didn't fix the dryer. He still charged me a service call fee $125, even though he further damaged our appliances. Said it might work again for a day or two months, really unknown. Seemed like he wanted us to buy a refurbished washer dryer set from his warehouse. I went on YouTube, bought the parts & fixed it myself! don't call this company. i called about a fridge. the guy came in , opened the refrigerator door & said, "I can tell by the smell what's wrong. it's the compressor." it will be cheaper to buy new. they sell new. he charged me $125 to do nothing & be wrong. I could write a short thesis on how disappointing my experience with this company was. In, short, came in and did what I had already done, & got the same results. The problem is intermittent. They saw it work once, & declared it repaired. Then handed me a bill for almost $600. To his credit, after discussing, at length, the issue with Derrick, he agreed to refund my expense. The tech, Keith, was also very friendly & amicable. Bottom line: Good people! I believe their heart's in the right place. Just not as technically competent as one would expect from "Master Technicians". Especially, since, by Derrick's own admission, mine is the simplest model of dryer there is. And by his own admission. We reached out because our dishwasher stopped working. On 2/16/26, Keith, the owner's brother, came out and spent several hours attempting to repair it. After replacing the drain pump and a long day, the dishwasher was still not working. Keith said we needed to order a water inlet and finish the repair ourselves. We said we would try but we are not skilled to repair dishwashers. He did offer to return if we couldn't figure it out. He charged us $325 and our dishwasher was not repaired. We ordered the water inlet, installed it and the dishwasher still did not work. I called and spoke to Keith and he said he would text me with his availability to return and complete the work. He never did. My fiancee text him as well and scheduled a day but Keith did not show up. Since, we have both called and left voicemails and text Keith many times and no response. This is unprofessional, and expensive for our dishwasher to still be broken. Now we have to hire another company to fix it. This company does not stand by its word...They are not budget friendly, and lacked the skills to make the repair. In addition, being non responsive to us is unprofessional. read more

They say they are budget friendly. Lol The repair charged me $365 to fix a dryer knob and controller and the renter said it took him 10 minutes. He then said the 230 outlet needed to be replaced and proposed an additional $250 to do that?!?!?!? The part was 9.95 at Home Depot and it takes about 10 minutes to swap them out. My doctor charges less than $615 for a 20 20 minute visit! If you add the repair guy's prices together and say he would have actually worked for 30 minutes, his price per hour would be $1,230 per hour, minus the parts at 170. Exploitive pricing is not budget friendly pricing! read more

So many levels of scam- this guy banks on you not knowing anything about appliance repair and milks every last dollar out of you. I'm not even sure that he knows that much about repairs either. My washing machine needed a replacement control panel. He told me that the part might be hard to find- I easily found it online for $50 less than he wanted to charge. He told me that I had found the wrong part because it was made by Whirlpool but I have a Maytag washer. It was the correct part, Whirlpool make Maytag parts but apparently he didn't know that. He told me that the part would take over a week to come in, but I could pay $38 for expedited delivery to get it in two days. I refused to pay for the faster delivery but it magically came in two days anyway. He told me that it needed to be a two-person repair because he needed a second person to lift my dryer down- and wanted $100 for five minutes work from this second person. When I said that I'd lift it down myself, he tried to scare me by saying that it was complicated with brackets that needed to be released and that the dryer would need "testing" once it was plugged back in- it was extremely easy. He advertises that the cost of the initial callout is taken off the repair bill if you go with him- but he charges double what he should so that it looks like he can give you that discount. He told me that the repair would take about 45 minutes, and the labor charge would be $300 (before the callout fee 'discount'). That's insane, a $400 hourly rate. At this point I told him I'd just do it myself and I did- I ordered the part online and used a YouTube video. Took about 20 minutes start to finish, and I'm a girl who has never taken apart a washing machine before. Lastly- he took a $150 deposit for the "hard to find" part, which he said he would refund when I cancelled. After two weeks, there was still no sign of the refund. I had to go through my credit card to get the money back. read more

Great service. Called them on a Wednesday, they were there on Thursday. Diagnosed our 1.5 year old washer that had a high pitched sound during the spin cycle as having a bearing issue. Although they do not do that service (nor do most technicians in the area) they wrote up our invoice with the description of the issue that I was able to use to go back to GE with since our washer was out of warranty. Well done guys. On our Wednesday call, they gave us a window of 11:00am - 1:00pm arrival. Was 30 minutes outside that window, but kept in touch before arrival, so I was informed of their timing. Buyer be aware! Derrik is very disingenuous and lied to us! His price was double what Ferguson's price was but they where a week out. We paid 655.00 thinking he was certified with Wolf. He told us he was A certified installer for wolf appliances. We checked with Wolf after a key safety feature (Anti- Tip Bracket) was left out of our install. We had a disagreement before he left regarding payment. I was uninformed regarding taxes paid on appliance installs when he left I called and apologized to Derrick. The alarming thing was he was so argumentative and would not leave my home unless I paid. Right there on the spot. I knew something was wrong. I just couldn't put my finger on it. I thought it was just the taxes, but now have realized that it wasn't that and he got very aggressive with me to the point where I had concerns that he wanted to physically do something about it if I did not pay the bill. In the morning , I was collecting the leftover trash and stumbled on a key feature that was left in the trash. Apparently , derrik did not want to install the safety mechanism required by Wolf manufacturing company. He responded and said we did not need it. When I called Wolf to find out why his certified installer would say that they clarified that he was not a certified installer with Wolf appliances, and that I would have to contact one to get the stove secured and checked out in order to get the warranty registered and extended for 12 months. The certified installer is the one who does the registering. That was the whole reason why I had an installer Do it and not do do it myself. I specifically asked him before we even set the appointment. He repeatedly called supposingly the rep.But now i'm wondering if he even called a rep and not someone else to help him along with the install. I had to show him how to read a level.And that was another sign that he really didn't know what was going on. Reading a level is basic in any install work. I tried texting him all day and he's just basically ghosted me. Lots of choices out there.Don't choose this guy he is out for himself and for a fast buck. read more

We went to them because they had great reviews and our washer wasn't properly draining water. They came, inspected , bought some parts. But then told us we just needed to buy a new washer (we paid for the labor hours of all this). Then they said we needed to buy a new dryer, which was odd because it was working but ok. We bought a new washer and dryer. The stickler is the technician told us that they would take away our old washer and dryer because the boss wanted it. Great. We bought a new set from Lowes, and turned down their free service to haul away the old ones because the Appliance Guys said they wanted them. We also texted them two days in advance to confirm when Lowe's would be bringing the new set and we would leave the old set for them - no response. We texted them again the day after Lowe's came and went, and they responded saying they were no longer interested in the set. We are now going to have to pay someone else ~$150 or so to haul it away when it could've been done for free when we purchased the new set. We've called the Appliance guys several times to see if they would honor their initial agreement to pick up the set because they literally told us they wanted it, and they acted like they were considering it and would get back to me. Which they did not. Several days later I called again and the owner just straight up said he's not going to pick it up and it's our problem. Even though we held onto the old washer and dryer because they literally asked us to. Pretty frustrating and disrespectful experience. Told him he'll have to deal with a bad review and he just said 'Go ahead' and hung up. Edit: You will notice in their response below - they said they would take it. And we checked in with them several times to make sure this was the case and received no response. I had literally nothing to gain from this as Lowes would've taken them for free, I only held them because they asked me to. They were never threatened with bad reviews if they didn't do what we asked, my wife literally said "I feel like you should honor the fact that you said you would take these, because we held onto them for you and now we have to pay to get them hauled because you backed out." He just said no. To which we said, okay well we're going to leave a bad review. There was no threatening, we only asked for them to do what they said. Don't buy into their response here to try and cover their act. The manager below says that we were not charged anything aside from the service fee ($100), but we were charged for the service fee + $50 for labor, shown here. We did not mind paying the labor since the technician did come out and work on the washer, we do mind being called liars. Horrible customer service. read more
