I want to warn everyone about a shady appliance repair company in the area. AAA appliance service. Our dishwasher started throwing a uo code back before Christmas "Bobby" came out and cleared the trap and declared it fixed they charged almost 200$ for this which is fine. On their invoice they say they have a 30 day warranty. The dishwasher ran 1 cycle and threw the uo code again. They refused to come back out giving all sorts of wild excuses. So they took our money fixed nothing and refused to honor their warranty. Beware AAA appliance repair. Not for nothing but I have stage iv cancer and am on disability. They know this and still took my money and fixed nothing. read more

Bobby came out to my house 2 months ago to look at my under-the-counter ice machine. He said I needed a part. I was then told it would take a month for the part to come in. After a month i called to check on the part. I was told someone goes to the warehouse to check on parts everyday and no part had come in yet. Yesterday, I called again after waiting at least two months for the part. Someone took down my name and number and said they would call back. No one called back. Today I called again. Again they took my name and number. I just got a call saying that now there is NO PART. I am told my ice machine cannot be fixed and it took two months for them to find out. Really? I don't think they were ever going to call me back. But guess what? They were happy to take $89 for the "service" call. Wow! What amazing service! I was having an issue with my washer and AAA was able to come out the next day. Bobby was prompt and extremely polite. Absolutely the worse, do not recommend. Brenda told me it will be one fee however the service man told me something different. All she was doing was apologizing (since you know she told me wrong) but she did not honor her word. I am recording the conversations to take legal action. I told her I will take legal action and she responded, "I don't give a rats a**!" I have all these calls recorded. My dryer that was repaired in August, stopped heating yesterday. They came out today and while the part had a year warranty the labor was only 90 days (which was about 30 days over). He fixed it, said "Merry Christmas" and went on. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE read more

Bobby came and immediately said we needed a new ice maker for the refrigerator. He installed a new one but we still couldn't get any ice after spending about $280 We called again and he came out and realized it WASN'T the ice maker but a water valve. We've been waiting for a water valve since March, the NEW ice make doesn't produce ice, and we're short $280. BAAAD BUSINESS. read more

AAA Appliance was recommended by someone in the neighborhood, and they were great! We had a small issue with our washer (non-emergency) and they sent someone out within a few hours. Bobby was great to work with and he was able to get everything working and leveled it out for us as well. My only (very small) issue is that pricing is job-based not hourly, so we paid as much as we would for a larger project, even though it took less than an hour. That being said, it was still reasonable and I would use them again! read more

I called AAA Appliance Service to repair a gas stove in my house. They came out 3 separate times and replaced multiple parts along the way. Still, they were unable to get it completely fixed and I had to replace it. The repair was complex and I eventually decided it was best to replace. So you may ask why the 4 stars? I give them 4 stars because of the way they handled it when I called to tell them I had decided to go ahead and replace it and thereafter. They chose not to charge for the parts they had replaced, as well as not charging for the any except the first service call. They are a company with professionalism, integrity, and fairness. They'll definitely get my business again. read more

In my 46 years of being a homeowner, I have run across some good plumbers and some not so good plumbers. AAA is great!!! I had an issue that had been recurring with my refrigerator. Bobby came out the same day I called, fixed the problem quickly & efficiently and was so nice to work with as well. He is very knowledgeable, and has been in the business for 37 years. If you like to go local, this is about as local as you can get. His price was very reasonable. The office staff, Brenda & Rachel are very helpful as well. My electric dryer stopped heating and I called the manufacturer to get a price for the heating element part. It was $59.99 if I ordered it directly. Since I wasn't sure it was the part I needed, and since I could not repair the dryer myself, I called AAA Appliance Service. He came the same day I called and installed a replacement heating element which he had in his truck. He was courteous and showed me the defective part. He told me what it would cost ahead of time (I did not like the price, but I was desperate to get it fixed). I did not give him 5 stars because he marked up the part cost by 100%. The work (and the part) is only guaranteed for 90 days. So, bottom line, I am happy with the fast and courteous service and the fact that my dryer is now working, but I'm not happy with the total price I had to pay for part, labor and taxes. read more

Polite and knowledgable service - was very pleased with the work. They even made a special trip to replace a small piece in my fridge.

I just received STELLAR customer service, without even being "serviced!" I initially called to see if they did appliance installation, as I just purchased a dryer and couldn't get it to work. The gentleman that answered the phone listened to my drawn out explanation of what I had already done and proceeded to give me advice on how to resolve my issue... I did the steps he suggested and it worked! I called back to thank him and offered to bake him a cake (lol) but he refused. He explained that this a family-owned business and he wouldn't feel right just taking my money when it wasn't necessary. I got off the phone and cried, I was so happy!! Beware of this company. They tell you a service fee + "it will be the price of the part." But what they don't tell you is the price until after they have done the work and back you into a corner to pay triple the actual part price. I don't mind paying service fees for labor but triple the part price and without a proper estimate before installing the part even after asking you? WTF! That's messed up! read more
