He began telling me this was a panel issue and would cost over 200.00 to fix. I pushed the covering back in place, and began to start the machine which takes a minute. He could not even get it to that point due to his impatience. The machine started to work. He continued to grill me about who's been trying to fix it and pulled the covering loose. I finally looked at him and said very nicely, "I assume you because it's not draining and this was not an issue before you came". He stormed out in this little boy temper-fit manner as if to hurt my grown 54 yr. old feelings. This man is a complete and utter joke as a professional, man, and human being. He needs intensive therapy to create some self-awareness of himself.
