We scheduled an appt with the first company but had to call back with model numbers. We called back and left messages with the first company three times and never got a call back from them even after asking for a return call. We ended up calling AAA Accelerated Appliance Service and Andy got us an appt quickly. He called before he came and was able to fix our washing machine with no trouble. He was honest enough to tell us that the repair needed for our dishwasher was so costly that we may want to consider replacement instead. Overall we are very happy with the service from Andy Stanley and AAA Accelerated Appliance Services and would call him again for service repairs.

After diagnosing the issue, he wanted me to pay IN FULL (parts AND labor) BEFORE the job was completed. I wasn't happy about that, but I was willing to pay it. 2. Upon reviewing the invoice, I discovered the diagnostic fee was not applied to the total amount owed. 3. I called and spoke with David and he said the diagnostic fee was a separate fee and would not be deducted from the total amount owed. I reminded him of our conversation on the phone when I clarified the service call/diagnostic fee would be applied to repair cost. He denied having made that statement. Which was not truthful. I would stay far away from this company. He sounds nice and friendly on the phone but don't let that fool you!

I do NOT recommend using Robs Appliance Plus. I hired him to repair my dryer. He would not diagnose…read morethe problem beforehand. So the repair he did was not the issue. He wanted to do another repair and I asked him to first diagnose the problem before doing another costly repair. He refused to do so and said because I wanted him to diagnose the problem on the front end I am a waste of his time. All communication with him has been really disappointing and unkind. I had to hire someone to test the control board that Rob installed and it was faulty, dusty, broken and not new like he said it was. I have video and images to prove this. Save your time and money and DO NOT use Robs Appliance Plus.

Hello. I am selling a house and needed electrical work…read moredone by 5/29/2019. I called Travis Electrical service and requested a quote for wiring in a dishwasher and also an oven. I also needed 4 ceiling fans replaced and a vanity light in the bathroom installed. The team showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. I was given an estimate of $1000 but the house wiring would not be up to code in order to pass the building inspection. Travis Electrical stated that it would cost me an additional $1000 to bring things up to code. I agreed. 4 hours later the team called me and said they had completed the project as I had agreed to bring them a check. During the walk through I was informed that one of the globes on a fan was broken when they opened the package. He said, "Take the box back to Lowe's and the store would replace it. (The globe). I took his word for it. I also asked if they guaranteed the house would pass building codes. He said no. (In case they missed something) The next morning Travis Electrical Service administration called and were asking for a 5 star rating for the electrical team. I stated that the team was courteous and professional but way overpriced @ $500 per hour. This morning I said that the work looked good. I am now at the house inspecting the 4 ceiling fans. Upon further inspection. I found that one of the lights was without chain markers (extended pieces of chain with a medallion at the end. This medallion is clearly marked either "fan" or "light" which makes it easy to turn on the fan or light or both. I searched through the boxes and found the two chains and installed them myself. Another fan had the two chains installed in the wrong place completely backwards. Which I uninstalled and reinstalled correctly. Because 3 out of 4 fans required work from me to operate correctly. I am beginning to question whether the fixture was broken during installation or not. As I study the work receipt I see that I was charged $761 for five wireless smoke detectors. (Amazon sells them for $32 a piece). A plastic weather proof cover for an outlet was $54. I applaud their professionalism and courtesy but feel I was taken advantage of because of my deadline time frame and the extreme markup for smoke detectors and plastic all weather cover and the terrible attention to detail on the ceiling fans. The next day I received a call from the company's customer service asking if I was satisfied with the work. I said, "No I am not satisfied." And I explained to her why. She said, "I will be there with a crew tomorrow and make everything right." They showed up on time. Fixed all my issues. Took the smoke detectors off the walls and gave me a refund check of $761. I am very impressed with how deeply they wanted to make me a happy customer. And now I am. 5 stars for customer service.

We paid for delivery & told them the day we bought it when we were moving. They didn't tell us until after we had paid for everything & left the store that they weren't open that day or the day after when someone would be home. They were able to work around my schedule & deliver on my lunch hour though. The men who delivered were prompt & set everything up for me. Here's the problem...I had to dry my first load of laundry 4 times. My husband didn't want the hassle so he told me to call & ask for a refund on just the dryer. They wouldn't do that but said they could come look at it but it wouldn't be for another 4 days. This is putting me in a new house with no way to clean everything for almost 2 weeks & for anyone with kids you know what a hassle that is. We went & bought a new dryer & when we hooked it up we realized S&T hooked up the plugged wrong so in reality the dryer may work but someone's incompetence made it not work properly. So now I have an extra dryer sitting in my garage that I won't be able to get my money back for.
