I have used JLS for about 3-4 years with wonderful satisfaction In every way. Have been amazed at how honest and prompt they have bee. Any other company would have tried to sell me a new HVAC a long time ago but they didn't at all. They just repaired what problems I had with very reasonable cost. My system finally crashed and they replaced it with very reasonable price and quickly. My only complaint was that the installer didn't replace wires connecting from the fuse panel which were lower gauge for the new unit which made the fuse blow and the system shut down. The repairman came over promptly and found the problem right away! The gauge of wire was the incorrect gauge for the new unit. He ripped out the old wire and reconnected the new. wire OK? I was amazed how quickly he had it fixed and we haven't had any problems since then which has been over a year. I am extremely happy and impressed with this company. This is the second time I have used JLS and they are phenomenal. My heat went out over the weekend so I called another company to come out and take a look. After poking around for a few hours looking puzzled, they finally said I needed a whole new condenser unit at a cost of $6k. So I called JLS for a second opinion. They told me the other guys were scammers and were full of it. The guy (Mars) temporarily fixed my heat so I wouldn't freeze overnight, then came back the next day with parts and had me up and running better than before for under $500. I want to say what a great experience I had with David. He came to my home about a month ago because the heat was not working. While there he discovered some issues such as the unit being frozen outside. He assured me that he would take care of it. I don't know all the technical terms, but he went to the supply house, came back within an hour and got us up and running with heat. About David, he was kind, professional, and respectful. I was pleased with him, and if I have any other issues, I hope if we have to use them again, that it will be David that will be the one they send out. Juan took care of car very professional man and knows what he's talking about. Changed out some cams and redid the timing on my car rockers and lifters and also I change some tire rods gave me a decent price to do everything I was pretty surprised he send me pictures on the work he was doing .he did not take long with my car. the man is very educated, and what he does and I will reference him to other people to go and plus he lives right around from where I live. read more
