Although the shower wasn't in bad shape, we wanted to leave it spotless for the homeowners who were moving back in. From the moment Joe arrived, his professionalism and demeanor stood out. He was punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process before getting started. He then spent over three and a half hours meticulously cleaning, restoring, and sealing every surface, grout lines, tiles, and all. When he finished, we were absolutely stunned. The shower looked brand new, as if it had never been used before. The tiles gleamed, the grout lines were crisp and bright, and the entire space felt fresh and renewed. It was truly remarkable workmanship. I completely regret not taking before and after photos, as we were in the middle of moving out and didn't think to do it, but honestly, no written review could ever do Joe's work true justice. When we contacted The Grout Doctor, Bill came by in a timely fashion. He clearly explained the work that needed to be done and how much it would cost, a fair price. Today Ryan spent about three hours here, sealing all of the shower grout and correcting the issues. He arrived on time and completed the job in the time announced. He was punctual, professional and courteous. He provided information about future upkeep. We are very pleased with our experience with The Grout Doctor, and we won't hesitate to contact them for future needs.

I told the receptionist/call center my cat had urinated on my area rug and gave her the size. She told me in addition to cleaning it, it would have Odor Destroyer and said my cost was $80.00 The day of the appointment Troy Hayes called to confirm my appointment and I asked him to confirm the charge; he said the charge was $80.00 When he arrived at my home I was informed it would be another $45.00 for a total of $125.00. He blamed the miscommunication on the person that scheduled my appointment. I should have canceled right then but I didn't. He cleaned the rug which was dry by the following day. It smelled no different than before the cleaning. I phoned him and he cleaned it twice more, once the day before leaving town for 6 weeks, but nothing changed. The rug still smells heavily of cat urine, can't smell and odor destroyer, and the rug is unusable at this point. Throughout this Troy was exceptionally nice so I phoned him when I arrived back in town. I had to leave a message saying how bad the rug smelled , that the odor destroyer did nothing, and that I hated to do this but I planned on writing a negative review. I left my phone number just in case he cared to talk to me or, heaven forbid, offer a refund. I waited a week to hear back before writing my review but I received neither a call or refund. Obviously he's not concerned about reviews. When a company offers a service they can't produce, a full refund should be offered. Now I know not to expect better of Oxi Fresh and will never refer a single client to them. My advise - rent a Rug Doctor. It gets the job done and if way cheaper.

Oxi Fresh Carpet cleaning had one of the best prices and they were available on the day we needed them. They kept us updated with the service date via text and email, which was a great reminder during this busy time. They did an awesome job and were done in about an hour and a half. The thing I love about Oxi cleaners is they don't use foamy shampoos to clean the carpets. So the carpets are dry within about 30 to 45 minutes. This way you're not waiting around for hours for your carpet to dry. We've used other carpet cleaners In the past that do the deep cleaning with shampoo and yes, maybe the carpets do look a little cleaner, but not by much.
