I needed my apartment professionally cleaned because I hadn't had one in awhile. De-Luxe was simple to book, responsive, offered flexibility on timing. The cleaners showed up on time, were really sweet, and did a fantastic job. It's been two days and I haven't noticed a single thing wrong, uncleaned, etc. The rates were very reasonable. Highly recommend and will use this company for regular cleanings moving forward. read more

Efficient. Great results. Good price. Friendly and professional customer service. Easy to schedule

Wonderful service Was moving into a new home I had just bought and needed a deep clean. Alona and all the ladies I worked with were awesome. read more

They reaponded but it still wasn't accurate. They just sent 2 lazy young women who realized that unless they did a decent job there would be complaints and they really didn't want to work. I told them repeatedly is there was something they weren't supposed to i would do it, so that's all bullshit. She's making a big about not charming me for the maybe 15min work they did, yeah that's conmentable, lol. They came in I told them what I wanted them to do a good do cleaning. They called their office and complained and left. I specifically listed the things I needed done at the time of scheduling and told them it would take all day. They worked about 15 min and at least didn't charge me read more

This is the first cleaning service I have ever used and I had a very pleasant experience! Despite having a hiccup with the staff...they didn't finish cleaning the things they sprayed...they came back the next day to finish it all. And honestly it was cheaper than most places! Thanks so much for your hard work, I'll be using you guys again soon! read more

The whole team was fantastic. Sarah made the booking process easy and transparent. Kirsti in the office was on hand and ready to help when needed. But most importantly Rachel and Brandi... they were amazing. I booked a move in deep clean but when we arrived we found that the water had been turned off by the water company the day before. Brandi and Rachel helped me turn the water back on so they could clean, and then back off again when they left. The house looks great, the fridge looks brand new, super happy and feel like I've found a really great team of people and professionals. I really felt like they were on my side. I would 100% book them again and recommend them to anyone. read more

Great cleaning service! Super flexible, and good prices. We've always been happy with the cleaning, and Bek has been really fast to resolve any issues. I will continue to use them as long as I'm living in an area that they service. read more

We were gifted a house cleaning before our new baby came. They did a great job. They wiped down doors, baseboards, window sills on top of an all around thorough job. I will definitely use them in the future read more

The woman who came to clean my EXTREMELY messy apartment was absolutely fantastic. She did an excellent job, and I would most certainly use this company again should I need help getting things in tip top shape. The price was extremely affordable. I am a teacher on a very limited budget, but even I could afford to hire this company. Highly recommended!! read more

UNBELIEVABLE service. I went through a nightmare with my last 2 cleaning crews and this one has been hands down the best service i have had. They are very reliable, fast communicators and overall the best cleaning company I've found in Nashville! Thank you for always working so hard and keeping my place as clean as can be! So glad i didn't lose faith on cleaning services, you guys really go above and beyond customer service!! Will be referring you to any friends in the future!!! read more

De-Luxe Cleaning could not have been any better. They cleaned my room, bathroom, shower, and sink, all of which were really dirty, perfectly. It felt like I was coming home to a completely new house. The price was very reasonable as well. Will definitely use them again! read more

I had a disappointing experience here. I had them to the most detailed (and most expensive) cleaning for my apartment. From the reviews I thought I was going to be wowed. Instead, I came home to dusty bookshelves, dirty kitchen counters/stove, etc. I contacted the company and the offered to send someone out to fix the unclean areas. That was nice, but unhelpful since a) it was several days later b) I had already had to clean some of it because I had guests in town c) other areas were dirtier again so the effect was just ruined. And when the new maid got to me, I showed her the areas that I was unhappy with and she basically said "oh, I didn't bring that cleaning supplies" several times. I was not offered a discount and still given the option to tip which kind of surprised me. Very disappointed for the price. Don't waste your time here. I am not sure how to respond to a response on here - yes that is true. I opted for the most deluxe and expensive cleaning because I have cats. So I'm not sure why you are bringing that up. I was 100% honest about having cats (thus cat hair). Again, this why I chose your most inclusive and expensive option. I did contact the company that date and I was under the impression someone would be coming Monday AM asap. Neither time before my cleanings did I receive a confirmation call (I was told that I would receive one each time) so I called Monday after waiting for a bit and the person I spoke with said you all were not scheduled to come that day, but that she would fit me in that afternoon, which she did. I don't believe I spoke with you, I was only ever in contact with a woman named Christina. I appreciate that you responded back to me, but there's nothing that can be done now. I'm out $200 and remain a dissatisfied costumer. Just a fair warning to those looking for a cleaning service in Nashville - this was my experience with this company! read more

Amazing job!! I had them do a move in clean and they went above and beyond. They arrived early and worked extremely hard. The kitchen and bathrooms look fantastic. After they cleaned the bathroom I realized the tub is actually an off white color, not yellow/beige. The stove and refrigerator look almost new again. When my sister and brother-in-law passed away, we needed to find a cleaning service to do a thorough cleaning of the home top to bottom so we could put it on the market to sell. We found De-Luxe Cleaning through the internet. They arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule. They had all the cleaning supplies. I walked through the home with them and explained what I wanted to have done. They did an absolutely fantastic job. The home's floors, appliances, blinds, windows, walls, everything was super clean when we came in at the end to inspect their work. They take pride in their work and do an outstanding job. I highly recommend them for cleaning. read more

My first ever yelp review--I had to sign in to recommend this service to anyone looking for a cleaning deal. I was skeptical that they could make my old house look much better but now I can't stop walking through, unable to believe my eyes. I left for 3 hours, it cost $90--worth every penny! They are very thorough. I would have worked 3 times as long, and still not gotten the same results. This is a great treat for a busy mom! read more

These guys are fantastic. Two women came over and cleaned for about four hours total. Got the deep clean. They were awesome - professional, polite, quiet, and they really cleaned everything well. I can't believe the price, either. $210 for 2,250 sq/ft, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. So happy I found these guys! My house is so satisfyingly clean right now. read more

I've knocked two stars off for small oversights in cleaning, but mainly for the personality/professionalism. If all you are looking for is someone to come in and clean, without any customer service experience (on the phone or in person), then you'll be fine. I personally, prefer a stress free experience all around and so will not be using this company again. To start, the two ladies who were cleaning my place were thirty minutes late without calling. I had to call myself, and was told they got lost and would be another 10-15 minutes (they were 20 minutes late at this point). When they showed up, they said traffic caused them to be late, which means either they or the person at the office was lying. There was a language barrier, which was frustrating. I asked if they needed any special instructions and they said "yes" and looked at me blankly. I took it upon myself to show them some problem areas and then asked if they could organize the pantry. At first they thought I meant could they throw everything out (she asked if it was all garbage... even without the language barrier, I feel like it is obvious it was all food?), and so I clarified. What would have happened if they hadn't asked that? Would I have returned home to an empty pantry? They said they couldn't organize the pantry. Not sure why, but I let it go because it wasn't a huge deal to me. It took 2.5 hours and cost $150 for my two bedroom, one bath cottage. They did a fine job, better than I would have, though they did miss a few things with the vacuum and my kitchen table still has some ring marks I was hoping would be gone. My kitchen floor looks exactly the same, but feels smoother on my feet. I assume this means they cleaned it some. That is a big one for me and I wish it looked totally clean. I can see pieces of food that were stuck to the floor still and water stains from the ice machine that I know wipe away easily. Lastly, they were not at all friendly or professional. I felt like I had hired my two teenage daughters who hated me to do something they absolutely didn't want to and would rather be looking at their phones while I talk to them. Just know that you will not be getting a cheery housekeeping experience, but rather two robots who just want to get it over with. read more

When the cleaning service we had originally hired, did not show for our move out cleaning.... De-Luxe Cleaning Service Inc to the rescue!!! They fit us in at the last minute and did an AMAZING job on our 2 bed/2 bath condo! I would definitely hire them again and they are extremely reliable!!! read more

I chose this company solely on their reviews, as I live in Los Angeles, and the cleaning services were in lue of a Birthday gift for my sister, whom recently broke her ankle and unable to begin her new year as she normally does with a deep cleaning and wouldn't be able to for another 6-8 weeks. I contacted Deluxe and spoke to Diane as Bek was out and she was nothing less than professional and helpful. Unlike here in Los Angeles, there were no extra or hidden costs AND they would not allow me to pay until the job was done worthy of a 5 star review! Well here it is De-Luxe... You earned it! read more

Beck and his team are all incredibly hard working & honest professionals. They don't need to be constantly reminded of what needs to get done, they go in and clean the home thoroughly. I was happy to see that they even getting the areas that most other cleaning services I've hired in the past miss: ceiling fans, under the beds/furniture, and my porch. I am happy with their work, consider their prices fair and have set a schedule (every 3 weeks) because I'm sure they are the best. read more

Excellent service, very thorough and extremely professional. Norah showed up on time and was wonderful. We had never had our home professionally cleaned and it looked brand new after she was done. Very good price as well, highly recommended! read more

I paid for a deluxe cleaning and that's exactly what we got. They did a fantastic job and it was totally worth the money. I will be a repeat costumer for sure. The house has not been this clean since they say we movies in. I even ran my finger over some areas I was sure would of been looked over and they were spotless. Thank you! read more

Nothing but good things to say about Deluxe cleaners. I live out of town and called on a Thursday to have an emergency cleaning job done on Super Bowl Sunday before having a new tenant move in. They got the job done in the morning at the estimated price of $160 and per my friend who let them in and checked them out, they did an excellent top to bottom cleaning job. A week after my tenant moved in she called to complain about the cleaning and requested they come back to complete. They willingly returned and were requested to wipe furniture and closet markings off the walls and cupboard doors and did so FREE OF CHARGE. I couldn't be happier with their services, customer and otherwise. I will definitely use them in the future! read more

My service with this company occurred the beginning of August. I read the reviews and decided to try this company based on such. While they did do a good job cleaning some of the rooms and areas, overall the job was not good. Payment was made for complete service not for half done service which is what we received. They did not meet my expectations. I purchased the Deep Clean move in and out service. After the service was completed on that day, it was noted that the carpet in two rooms were not vacuumed (it looked like the carpet had not been touched with a vacuum) and the fan in one room had dust on it. The company was notified and they sent someone the next day to vacuum the carpet. Regarding the fan, they stated their insurance did not cover high ceiling fans (this was not stated to us at the time the service was booked) but they would try to reach and clean it. This was a move in day for us so after the service and while settling in we noticed that one of the bathrooms had on the toilet seat when raised urine and a brown stain that I later cleaned. I previously told the manager that I wanted the cleaning people to wear hat coverings because I do not like to see other people hair. Well I noticed in our shower hair. There was dust/ cobb webs in the door areas as well as noted on the ceilings in various rooms, this is a service they stated they provided for cleaning. The top of the cabinet in the kitchen was dirty with dead bugs and cob webs. The floor in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms were not swept clean. In the end, I cleaned and did the job that should have been done by the cleaning service I hired. I do not feel I received the complete service I paid for and could have done a better job myself or used another cleaning service who would have completed the job to my satisfaction. read more

This is the best cleaning service I have ever used. Great communication, on time, very fair price, and hands down, the best and most thorough cleaning ever. This was for a move out service between tenants, in an older home, and Jacob and Nora made it shine. For the first time, a cleaning service did a better job than I do myself. After moving to Nashville's west end, my wife and I selected De-Luxe to clean our small condo. We were scheduled for a Saturday at 8:00 and our cleaner arrived 5 minutes early - I love that! I will definitely be contacting De-Luxe for future cleanings. Well done! read more

This was the first time we had our home professionally cleaned, and it was the best money I ever spent!!! I needed someone to help me clean my townhome from top to bottom because I am getting ready to rent it out. Several women came to my home and spent hours cleaning just about everything. Baseboards, hardwood, stained concrete flooring, vacuumed carpet, rugs and the couch, cleaned the microwave, oven, removed everything off the kitchen counters to clean the whole counter surface, cleaned entirety of both bathrooms, including showers/tubs, windowsills, inside of windows, blinds, I mean the works. I paid $180 for 1100 square feet, which was right on par with other quotes I got in town. Saved me WEEKS worth of work. The ladies/girls who came in were very nice and friendly and just did an excellent job! read more
