Alpine sent a large crew to clean windows after construction. To my horror I noticed multiple scratches on the glass after completion. The crew had been using razor blades to scrape the dirt off of the glass. When I questioned the owner about the razors, he stated that it would cost him too much to use glass cleaner and towels. Really?! Look what it cost me! I did not pay his $400 bill and when he threatened to place a lien I told him that I could take him to court for the price of the windows. He dropped it. I strongly advise against using this company if you care about protecting your home.

I moved everything in the house away from the windows & took off work. The day of the appointment, no show, no call, no text...nothing. I send them a message, no response. I call, no answer. I leave a detailed message informing of said appointment & no contact regarding no show. A day or two later I get a text, (not a call) asking, "the guys really didn't show?!" Yea dude, NO ONE. No apology! They asked if we could reschedule. I said sure but to my convenience. I wanted a weekend since I had scheduled to be off work for the appointment. They got back to me again a day or so later & said, "can't do a weekend". So I said, I'll go elsewhere then. They replied "OK" totally fine with losing a customer. Unreal! This company clearly does not value their customers with that flippant attitude. They don't need you so, don't use them.
