Did the owner try and reschedule for another day? No. Was I forced to pay full price after they were nearly 2 hours late and made me miss my appointment? Yes! And don't forget if you say this to the owner all he says is "go leave your little review I have apologized" i would recommend you only reach out to this "company" if being harassed and having incompetence ruin your day is something you enjoy don't like my mistake be yours. They trap you into agreements so you can't book another appointment without a rush fee.

The cleaners arrived around 7:30 a.m. and had the entire upstairs done within about an hour, which should have been my first red flag. A lot of the cleaning felt more like a standard clean than the detailed service I paid for. Some of the things I found: Laundry Room was completely untouched Pantry (upcharge of $40.00) was not touched Decor was only half dusted Kitchen sink was not cleaned Cobwebs were still visible in a corner Baseboards and doors still had dirt, smudges and fingerprint I did contact the company and they refunded a portion of my $790 bill, which I appreciated. The cleaners also went back and addressed some of the issues I had initally pointed out. Unfortunately, I continued finding additional things that had been missed even after that. The refrigerator was cleaned really well, so I do want to give credit where it's due. But overall, for the price and the type of cleaning I specifically booked, I expected much more attention to detail.

The house was treated unbelievably well by these two women and left in better condition than when it was new. Everything and I mean everything was cleaned to a level. I have never seen. They were so thorough and not one thing was left unclean from the ceiling fans to the blinds the kitchen, the oven, the refrigerator everything upstairs the bedroom is immaculate. The bathroom, which for obvious reasons were in the worst condition Looked brand new when they were finished. I can't tell you the peace of mind you will have if you hire this company. They are truly head and shoulders better than anyone in town and their cost is extraordinarily affordable and for the depth of service they provide the price is a bargain. There is no trying to upsell. There is no pushing a multilevel sales package. They just do a great job so much so that I will be using them at least on a monthly if not by monthly basis when able! She has cleaned for us several times now and has far exceeded our expectations - and does a MUCH better job than the prior cleaning service we used in town, despite being slightly less expensive! She is always timely, texts us when she's done with a reminder of the date of the next cleaning, and lets us know if there is anything we should be aware of regarding the cleaning. She did an amazing job on our master shower, which had years of mildew built up (from prior owners), and she never misses a spot, from dusting all the knickknacks to removing the cobwebs in the basement corners. I would very highly recommend Renee to anyone. We have used many different cleaning services over the past 10 years in several different cities, and I would always recommend choosing a sole proprietor over a service. No matter how good the intentions of the owner, the employees of a service never quite meet the expectations - you can tell corners were cut and certain things were skipped from time to time. Sole proprietors, like Renee, make their living on their reputation and have much more at stake if the customer isn't happy. In my experience, their work is much more consistent and detailed. And if you're thinking about hiring a cleaning service for the first time - definitely do it!
