Taylor was thorough and super friendly! She also was flexible with moving around the apartment due to my work from home set up. Thanks so much! read more

Excellent work and staff! We've loved every crew that has shown up and highly recommend.

I booked the initial cleaning with the commitment for 8 additional cleanings. 2 girls showed up and they did a poor job. They didn't clean any closets (linen, pantry, broom), didn't dust a bunch of things, didn't clean one entire bathroom floor, didn't clean the baseboards. They were supposed to come back today 11-1 and no one showed up. I contacted the company and they were a. Sending the same person who did a poor job yesterday and b. She would be here at 1:15 after I waited around for 2 hours, with no warning they'd miss the window read more

Everything about my interaction was first rate!! - Booking was a breeze. I was able to get service the DAY and TIME I wanted - with 2 days notice. - Pricing was transparent. - The team was on time, super friendly and efficient. - The team PAID EXTRA ATTENTION to bathrooms and areas needing extra TLC. read more

Really happy with this service! Excellent job. Super friendly. Will hire again. Very timely and good communication went the extra mile to help me clean the grout. read more

I booked my first cleaning with Sparkle in anticipation for guests coming into town and wanted my home to reflect accordingly. The cleaning team member arrived and I walked her through and noted extra attention on things like baseboards, the shower and bathroom, and noted that everything generally needed a deep clean. Upon returning back I came back to mopped floors and one area of baseboards cleaned. The shower looked as though it had been rinsed with water alone, the bathroom baseboards were not touched and 3 of the 5 tables in my home were visibly untouched. I reached out to customer support for a partial refund which was denied and replaced by a $30 credit for the future. I declined the credit and asked the a team lead come back the next day (accommodating that into the follow day was not a part of my original schedule). I opted to have the cleaners come back the following day to rectify the cleaning effort. They gave me a window of 2-4 and I asked politely for them to come at 4 pm to accommodate the fact that I would be leaving work early to meet them at my home. They called promptly at 1:30 to let me know they were on their way. The replacement cleaner did a great job and I appreciated her patience, however this is not a service I would recommend or use again. read more

I've been a customer of Sparkly for two years now and have had the best experience! They are always professional, respectful and responsive. I can't recommend them enough and look forward to my cleanings every time. read more

Y'all we just moved into a new apartment and it was icky. Grace came and cleaned our apartment today! Grace made it sparkly clean! She kept great communication and was very very efficient! Would highly recommend her! Thank you Gracie! read more

All of the ladies that have come to clean have done amazing jobs. The first visit was a deep clean and the house looked almost like new! The reoccurring visit deal is such a great value. We highly recommend Sparkly House Cleaning. read more

Very pleased! I was able to make an appointment with Sparkly House Cleaning on only a couple days notice, and not only did Grace and Quincy show up precisely on time, they were very conscientious, efficient, and respectful. Thanks so much! read more

I had a great first experience with Sparkly. A very professional and efficient team did a great job. paid attention to details and were very pleasant. Will definitely book again. read more

I scheduled a preliminary cleaning session, and a single staff member arrived promptly. I must express my admiration for the young lady who was assigned to handle the cleaning duties. Her demeanor was exceptionally pleasant and endearing, which left a positive impression on me. However, it did take her a considerable amount of time to complete the cleaning, and she overlooked several areas. Moreover, there were no lasting personal touches left behind. In the past, I have paid the same price for a team of three girls who efficiently completed the task and added adorable personal touches to the space. If time is not a constraint for you, then the service provided is satisfactory. However, if you expect a thorough cleaning, it is advisable to have a team rather than relying on a single individual. My apologies, the name is lovely, but I had higher expectations. read more

Edit: Alana came back for our next cleaning and knocked it out of the park again!! We have 2 dogs, so there is a lot of shedding. She does such a great job getting our home spotless and spends extra time taking care of the pet hair and anything extra we ask about. Can't ask for a better cleaner read more

Home cleaning. Quote 40% higher than 5 other quotes. Other companies/individuals were highly rated

Very pleasant cleaning team. They did a great job and took care of the details and adhered to my instructions for specific rooms and furniture finishes. I will be scheduling bi-weekly service. Very pleased and highly recommend. read more

The cleaner showed up with very little supplies and asked to use mine. I paid for three hours based on the corporate website's recommendation, and the cleaner finished in little over an hour. The cleaner was trying to work an additional job to make money, and I respected their tenacity. When I canceled the service, the corporate company charged me close to $180 for the one hour of cleaning I received. Upon emailing them, they wanted me to request a partial refund from the cleaner just trying to make ends meet. This is a terrible example of a corporate company taking advantage of their employees and customers. Stay far far away! read more

Very good service and professional. Did a great job cleaning and very kind and good people! Scheduling with the office is super easy and they do a great job following up. Would highly recommend. read more

They charged an incredible amount and did a horrible cleaning. They basically didn't do anything and then blamed me and said what a nasty person I was to say I would give them a bad review and hurt their business... read more

We hired Sparkly Cleaning based off of Yelp reviews and were extremely pleased from booking to cleaning! Fast, honest, thorough and efficient communication on the front end was highly appreciated during the booking process. On the morning of the cleaning, the staff was extremely friendly and trustworthy. I felt comfortable leaving them in my home while I left for work with my pup still at the house. They were even nice enough to let him out of his crate before they left so that he wouldn't have to stay cooped up for too long. When I got home I loved finding a truly clean and sparkly apartment! I will definitely be booking again soon! read more

I had never used a cleaning service before so I was obviously hesitant to hire anyone, especially since I have a tendency to be very particular about the way I like things to be. Embarrassingly enough, I hadn't been able to maintain my condo the way I wanted, especially after an influx of dog hair from a recently adopted pet so Sparkly was a lifesaver! From the initial quoting process to coordinating the appointment, to answering the half dozen questions I had, Crystal was very professional, helpful, and prompt. I felt comfortable with the process, and the cleaning itself was immaculately done by Shawn and Ashley. The team was incredibly kind and helpful in explaining their process, as well as accommodating in ensuring I got what I wanted out of the experience. I would definitely recommend Sparkly to anyone who needs their home cleaned - both new and old! Our place looks better than when we moved in, and the team was so sweet and even made polite conversation to make things feel less formal and more like friends. The walkthrough helped us feel in control of the process, and everything was above and beyond our expectations. The products they used were all- natural and left our place smelling great, and they even gave us some helpful tips and tricks on keeping things tidy. We now have a Sparkly clean home that was done promptly and professionally. I couldn't rave or recommend this team more! read more

It was a pleasure working with the Sparkly team! Crystal, the owner, was easy to coordinate with on the front end. She was very responsive and helpful in setting up the visit. Stacey, one of the lead techs, was professional, friendly, and thorough. She walked me through her plan of action; she was very systematic. We went room-by-room and talked about expectations. She starts at the ceiling, works her way to the baseboards, and cleans the floors last. Once she was done, we did a post-clean walk through to inspect her work and she left a thank you card on the kitchen table. After Stacey left, Crystal followed up almost immediately to check in regarding the service. Stacey arrived on time and was ready to work. She came fully prepared with all of her tools and was very educated on which product worked best on what surface. In the post-clean walk through, she had some helpful tips on how to clean certain surfaces and prevent future damage. She also loves furbabies and was incredibly kind to our dog and cat. Our cat followed her around while she cleaned and she wasn't phased one bit. I can't recommend them enough. I will absolutely schedule another service in the coming months. It's just such a relief to come home to a clean house and not need to worry about it for awhile. read more

1st and last time w/Sparkly. The cleaning was ok. I am accustomed to a deep cleaning to be more thorough than what I received. There were 3 cleaners that came but 2 left early due to another appointment. I did a quick walkthrough but did not notice the many issues until afterwards. There were several issues: 1. Neither air vents upstairs and downstairs were wiped/dusted 2. None of the base boards were dusted/swept and vacuuming was not done between the carpet and baseboards. We have 2 dogs and hair buildup was not vacuumed. I asked several times if baseboards were included and they said yes, but they weren't cleaned. 3. Fans upstairs were wiped/dusted but not the ones downstairs. 4. The utility closet was asked to be mopped twice and still wasnt completed. I asked the last person left if she mopped and she said yes, but it wasn't as there was still trash behind the trash can. The cleaning resembled a biweekly upkeep cleaning rather than a deep clean and I was very disappointed. For being a new customer paying $270 for a single cleaning, I was expecting the absolute BEST service since they profit from biweekly/monthly continued cleaning service. I unfortunately wont be using Sparkly's again. read more

We hired Sparkly to clean our house after we had moved out so it would be clean for the pictures for the listing. So we did the move in/move out cleaning. I also added a couple of add ons (interior windows, bathroom cabinets, fridge), so the total came out to around $300 (for a 1500 square foot house with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). The scheduling was really easy; the company was really responsive to emails! The cleaning itself was okay - they definitely got us a head start on the cleaning. But it wasn't so clean that I didn't still have to put in hours of work afterwards (it needed to be clean clean clean for the photos for the listing). Our biggest worry with the cleaning was that we had cats in the house for years, and we wanted to get as much of the cat hair out of the house as possible for potential buyers. They had cleaned the floors, but there were definitely spots that were missed where I still vacuumed/swept (closets in particular). But the kitchen was well cleaned (they forgot to clean the fridge but refunded the money for that since it was an add on), and the house definitely had that recently cleaned smell when we entered after they left. They definitely helped us out by getting us a head start on the cleaning, and that level of cleaning would definitely be great if it was weekly or biweekly, but it required us a bit more work on our end to get it photography/listing ready! read more

Great service: timely and professional. The cleaning was very well done and house cleaner was so kind and gave extra detail to some areas!

Just had my first cleaning with Sparkly and I'm very impressed. They were very communicative, letting me know when Grace would arrive at my home. Grace did a phenomenal job! She took her time and did such a thorough job. She was even very understanding about my pup who is not a fan of vacuum cleaners. Vanessa followed up immediately to make sure I was happy with the cleaning, which of course we were. I highly recommend Sparkly! read more

So far so good--will touch base a few months in--but the first cleaning was amazing and exactly what I needed. Just moved to Nashville and thought I could handle house cleaning on my own. Turns out, not so much. Realized I needed some help and reached out to what feels like every company in town. This is the only company able to work with my schedule and provide what I needed at a price I can afford. The clean itself was top-notch, I couldn't find a single thing I'd do better myself! Can't wait until the next visit. Oh, and the customer service (via email) has been remarkable -- fast response and you can feel the kindness. read more

Great experience! The two ladies who came to clean my house were on time and incredible friendly. Sparkly House Cleaning is the best service in town! I have had many people clean over the years and this was the best experience BY FAR!! Everyone was wonderful to work with, she did an AMAZING job cleaning out apt and was so so kind to me and our animals! Also so refreshing to see a service that is all digital and to get emails from the owner thanking me and immediately wanting to know how it went, just beyond wonderful! Highly recommend and will be booking monthly from now on! read more

They did an ok job, but not great attention to detail. I think they were training a new crew and missed several things. I ended up going with another local provider after that and have been much more pleased with the attention to detail, end result, and pricing. read more

I contacted Sparkly VERY short notice after I had a no show from another cleaner. They were quick to respond, very friendly, and got me in the next morning, thankfully. Linda, who came to my house, was so sweet and did such a great job! Every surface was sparkly clean and she even apologized about my no show the day before. I have just booked them again (another late notice, sorry Sparkly!) and they have been so responsive. I cannot tell you enough how great the communication with this company has been. read more

Loving Sparkly so far! Just one cleaning in and we're already very impressed with the company's promptness, (human and pet)-friendly staff, and cleaning techniques! Very easy to book and discuss different cleaning options and timelines, and they offer a consistent and reasonable price. Looking forward to the next appointments. read more

I hired Sparkly for an initial cleaning and had a terrific experience. Booking was extremely easy, and I was able to get a house cleaner within 48 hours. I was able to submit my payment online and provide instructions on how the cleaners could access my apartment. The team of 2 showed up during the appointed time and completed their work in 2.5-3 hours. I was very pleased with the results. I would gladly use Sparkly again! read more

Love this service. I wrote an email to them one weekend (found on internet) when I finally gave in to the idea that I need regular help with my house. Truth, though, is that I can contacted other companies before, but never heard back. Sparkly House Cleaning got right back to me and over the course of a couple of days had answered all my questions -- cost, when can they come for first visit, what regular cleaning would entail, etc. I had the first appointment within a week. The ladies who came to my house went right to work and professionally, efficiently and thoroughly cleaned my house in a way it has never been since I lived here. I was more than pleasantly surprised at how completely clean my house was. I am so very glad I found them. read more

I used Sparkly House Cleaning for the first time this week! Vanessa was awesome in her response time and worked to get me on the schedule with little notice. The crew of Val, Katia, and Delaney came to give us an initial/move in clean (even though we were already in the house). We had had scheduling troubles with other companies earlier in the moving process, and they were able to come on fairly short notice. Their arrival time was schedule for 8-9 and I believe they came to the door at about 8:15. They worked efficiently and were able to do our 3200sqft house in only about 2 hours! Val was very detailed oriented when I walked back through to look at some spots with her. Also I felt that the pricing was a good value for the amount of work they completed. We were so grateful for them! read more

Sparkly was very responsive ahead of time and after the cleaning and it made for a seamless booking. The house looks like new!

I hired Sparkly for an initial cleaning and had a great experience. I chose the initial cleaning plus interior windows and interior refrigerator. The initial cleaning also included baseboards, additional "hot spot" high-touch contact areas, and the inside of the oven in addition to the usual scope. The team of three was prompt, friendly, courteous, and communicated well with me. I was able to submit my payment online and provide access instructions for recurring follow up cleanings. Scheduling the initial and recurring visits was a breeze and I was able to secure my preferred day and time, which has been a struggle with some other cleaning services. I will gladly use Sparkly again! read more
