But after having them come several times, I was repeatedly disappointed. I would send pages of detailed notes ahead of time to ensure that everything was done correctly, and it was still done poorly several times. One of the times, the girl who was sent had not even received the instructions that I had sent to the women in charge. After they "cleaned" my Air BNB apartment, I had to completely re-do it because nothing was well. There was trash sitting out in the kitchenette, one of the beds' sheets had not even been replaced, and one of the beds had only gotten half-way replaced linens. On top of that, when I confronted Mika (owner) about the horrendous job her cleaners had done, she was completely unforgiving and condescending. She basically said that I was delusional and they clean much more expensive apartments than mine typically. Well, good thing because she will not be getting my business. She was rude and a terrible businesswoman and manager.
