He did a great job--was very tidy--and finished right on time! I also had him clean my dryer vent, and he came back to clean a couple of fabric chairs, which looked great afterward. We needed a carpet cleaning service so I used Yelp's, "Request A Quote" to get multiple quotes with one message. Within about 20 minutes I had about four different carpet cleaners reach out to me with different pricing options and their available dates. It's a such an awesome feature! Oxi Fresh Carpet cleaning had one of the best prices and they were available on the day we needed them. They kept us updated with the service date via text and email, which was a great reminder during this busy time. They did an awesome job and were done in about an hour and a half. The thing I love about Oxi cleaners is they don't use foamy shampoos to clean the carpets. So the carpets are dry within about 30 to 45 minutes. This way you're not waiting around for hours for your carpet to dry. We've used other carpet cleaners In the past that do the deep cleaning with shampoo and yes, maybe the carpets do look a little cleaner, but not by much. Plus, there's other services are pretty pricey. Need your carpets cleaned in a pinch? Oxi is awesome!

At the time, I was explicitly told that everything would be fully covered and that I would owe nothing out of pocket. Fast forward to December 18th -- one week before Christmas -- I receive a call stating that I now owe $1,000 for a deductible. This is the first time I was ever informed of this. There were no prior calls, emails, or written communication explaining that I would be responsible for any deductible. The explanation I was given was that the insurance company initially told them everything would be covered, and after I signed the paperwork, they later changed course -- yet no one thought to notify me. That is an unacceptable failure in communication and customer service. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke with showed poor communication skills and offered no accountability or meaningful resolution. Springing a $1,000 charge on a customer months later, right before the holidays, due to internal miscommunication is completely unprofessional. This company does not communicate clearly and does not protect its customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and taking your business elsewhere.

I had bought a Groupon for this service; fortunately Groupon allowed me to trade it in for other services. I have never been so frustrated by poor customer service, and I'm amazed how they have been able to get so many good reviews for their service on Groupon. Perhaps because, if you cash in your voucher, you aren't allowed to leave a review since you never had the service. And the owner can forget about responding to this review with their side of the story; I have saved the text messages to back me up.
