This is an example of how Brenden responded to me via text: Brenden: "I'm not gonna fight with you over it the video clearly shows the line isn't leaking the blue valve housing is. There is no way you had a drip that bad for 2 weeks and just noticed it today. You noticed a tiny defrost water leak 12 hrs after they left. They didn't unhook the water or turn the water off or mess with the water in any way so there's no way they cracked the valve. I am not replacing a part we didn't break or damage. Period. I recently had to have my range serviced and the manufacturer requested some pictures to help diagnose the issue. I sent two pictures: one of the natural gas connection, specifically the regulator, and one of the electrical connection. Instructions were included with the range when they arrived but they chose not to follow them. The manufacturer said we are lucky an accident didn't happen. The regulator was not installed directly to the back of the range as it should have and could have caused a serious catastrophe since the safety feature would not have engaged. The wiring was also not installed properly according to the instructions, without the proper junction box cover/attachment point. There are several other reputable companies in Nashville to consider.
