5 Star Review. Responsiveness - I left Wayne a voicemail describing the Scope of Work. He texted back with a quote within a couple hours. Scheduling - When I texted Wayne to set up the work, he was able to schedule the very next day in the morning. This was all set up through his automated system. I received a text with an appointment date/time & when Wayne was on his way. Performance - Wayne showed up introduced himself, gave a brief history on his experience. He moved my outlet and installed my 50lb tv case and asked me multiple times if I was happy with the placement of both. We adjusted the tv mount a couple times to get it perfect. Cleanliness - Wayne took his shoes off & used a sheet to cover dry wall dust. Cost - Wayne stuck to the original quote and didn't sneak in any extra charges. Value Added - Wayne taught me how to move a power outlet and shared his knowledge on other house maintenance topics. - Wayne is a teacher and can hold a fun conversation. He's a true professional. - Wayne offered to come back to my house if my wife (who wasn't there at the time) found any needed adjustments. Highly recommended. Will use again. read more

Finally time to put some projects to bed that should have been done 10 years ago on the house and so I looked for several Handyman services. Found three and sent out some requests and got responses but A Plus Handyman beat them to the punch. I can't say that was a bad thing because Lucas Wallace the gentleman that came out has been to our place again and repeat service is no small feat. No only is Lucas extremely efficient and knows what he is doing, but he is also very friendly and pleasant to work with. He has fixed a door frame, added door knobs to two doors and has fixed some damage grout in the kitchen. All his work has been A-plus and he recommends other items to help you over time such as certain cleaners, sealers, etc... I honestly cannot say enough good things about A Plus and Lucas in particular. Thanks Lucas and Wayne for all the help, we are spreading the word on you guys. read more

WOW!! Need a handyman... look no further! Wayne is THE Handyman! I left an initial msg and Wayne called me back in a timely fashion. Professional and to the point. Arrived early, offered an outstanding introduction, then suggested we walk through all of the many jobs I needed done. Quiet, calm, collected, and very kind. Wayne quickly made a plan and got to work! Huge tv wall mount, several LARGE pictures hung, security cams installed, shelves/hooks hung... the list goes on. Wayne's work was effective and very efficient. Prices were very very fair and Wayne can seriously do anything!! I've already started my next To Do list. Cant wait to have Wayne back. I normally don't leave reviews, but in this case, I must. A Plus Handyman is THE BEST handyman service I have had the pleasure working with! I needed floating shelves hung before I had guest arrive "the next day". (Ha). I spoke with a gentleman named Wayne who was SO NICE and professional I thought I was hallucinating! He had me scheduled the following day at 10:00. Like clockwork, another very pleasant and professional man named Luke showed up exactly at 10:00 and began to work. 2 hours later, the shelves were hung, and looked amazing!! Luke even reinforced the factory pre-drilled holes to ensure they were going to be sturdy enough for what I was wanting to hang. If there were more than 5 stars, I would have chosen them. I needed a swing hung on the back porch. The positioning was a little tricky but no issue at all for Wayne .He also completed some minor plumbing issues and repaired a post which was splitting. I hired Wayne out of the blue based on his reviews here on Yelp. It always a leap of faith.This time faith was rewarded. Some people just get it.A great business personality and the skill to execute. All you can ask for plus. Wayne and Robert ( his assistant) are great. The entire process from estimate, scheduling, and execution were flawless. I do not use these terms lightly. I hired Wayne of "APlus Handyman" to assemble a TV console which consisted of 20 complicated separate steps. I took one look at them and I decided I needed a handyman. I looked at the reviews of various handymen and those for Wayne were so glowing I chose him. And, boy, I'm glad I did. He is a true professional--he did an outstanding job. Our door trim received some major damage from a dog (pics attached), and we had no idea who/what to call. After some googling, we found A Plus Handyman. They were really responsive and gave me a very fair estimate after looking at the photos of the damage. Two days later, Luke came by and got everything fixed in less than 2 hours. Wayne is most definitely now our go-to handyman. We had a two-day project for him, which he handled well, dismantling and reinstalling the pull-down stairs leading to our attic. The work was expertly done. Besides being knowledgeable and efficient, Wayne is personable, a pleasure to work with. We had a great handyman for many years. This is the second time I have used Wayne, and he does a fantastic job. He is very responsive, always on time, very friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He hung a lighting fixture, a ton of pictures and fixed a minor plumbing issue. His prices are extremely reasonable, and he will be my go to from now on. Lucas came out on time and was able to fix a few of our doors (seal issues, locks not catching correctly, etc.). Absolutely amazing! I had an issue with the springs that shut the folding ladder to my attic door. I had called a couple of other handyman services before that informed me this was out of their areas of practice. But Wayne was at my house within an hour of my call and got it fixed immediately.
