I went to pick it up but was told that I must bring in my old computer for a trade in first. I explained I will once I download all my files from the external drive and make sure they are on the new computer. They would not allow me to pick up the new computer I just paid for. I asked if they could just charge me the cost of the trade in and I would be happy to pay in and then get a refund once I return it. They stated they could not do that and would not give me the new computer. They offered for me to bring in my old computer and sit in the store for the next hour and transfer all the data in front of them or have them transfer all the data for me. I explained I did not feel comfortable having someone access all my personal information. They stated there is nothing else they could do. I cancelled the order and went to Apple Store and picked up same computer that day without issues. I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THE FUTURE FROM BEST BUY AND RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS STORE COMPLETELY!

Day one after receiving them, wash one, water was everywhere. All over the floors, lower part of the walls in the Landry room and hallway. We called, they said they would call by EOD to schedule a service appointment because there was water damage and no one called. So we followed up the next day. They said they would call to set a service appointment... no call. My wife called again. She spoke with Jim the service manager. He assured her that he would have someone come out at a certain date and time. She subsequently got a confirmation text with completely different info than what was discussed. We were then sitting at one week without a washer. Made one last call to speak to the store manager. He didn't seem the least bit concerned about our issue. Seemed like I was bothering him by calling. I told him to just come and get them and issue a FULL refund. Guess what... got a refund. Not a full one. They refused to refund the delivery fee for delivering damaged equipment. And, they didn't even hook up the dryer correctly either. We paid extra for a steam kit and such, never even installed it. EE is a joke! Heck - we were even told by one of their employees, there was a manufacturer defect in some of these models but that they would rectify it. And still got nowhere with them. What a waste of time and money (the delivery fee). We will never do business with them again. Truly, terrible customer service experience.

I will say I was taken back at the price in total. It was very expensive to change a heating element in our dryer. He charged us 295.00 in total and was here all of 30 minutes. All in all I'm glad my dryer is fixed but I feel like the price was very high for the time spent and the part cost in my opinion. Also want to point out that he did not take credit card. We had to Venmo him which I don't love when it comes to business.

We came into the Nashville location to "look at" appliances and spoke with Kerri. She completely…read moreunderstood what our vision was and we ended up having her provide us a quote and eventually purchasing all of the appliances for a complete kitchen remodel. Kerri was a great communicator since we were living between CA and TN so many times we were talking via email. Our next step in communication has been with Keith who scheduled the delivery and install for us. As of today we have received the items and this week they will be installed. Our delivery came at the beginning of the time window provided to us. Carlton and Derek were so pleasant and helpful and ensured they were not leaving any of my appliances in an area that would cause me issues until they are installed. I am on a very strict timeline between all contractors and my return flight to CA and Keith has gone out of his way to ensure that everything will work for my schedule so I don't have to change any of my travel plans. I do not foresee any issues on installation day since we have already had such a great experience.
