Saved me $500+ and didn't try to upsell me!…read more I cannot recommend Morton's Plumbing enough. I needed an emergency water heater replacement in a crawlspace and another company quoted me a massive price. Morton's came out, beat that quote by over $500, and did a fantastic job. What impressed me most was their honesty. I thought I needed some expensive electrical work (a junction box fix) based on another quote, but the Morton's tech looked at it and confirmed it was actually fine--saving me even more money. They even threw in a new quarter-turn shut-off valve at no extra cost to make things easier for me in the future. If you want a Nashville plumber who is actually honest and does great work, call them.

This company has done right by me twice now. First: Lee Company tried to scam me into replacing my…read moreHVAC unit at hefty price, stating: The system is beyond repair. It was a cold day during Thanksgiving week, I had family staying from out of town and we had no heat. After a week plus, due to insurance red tape, I still didn't have heat, insurance said the unit could be repaired. I was recommended: Simply Service Company. Brian came out and fixed a minor part and had it running in no time for a relatively small price in comparison (I cancelled my Lee Company plan, garbage company). Second: I needed to have a mini split system unit moved and the condenser unit put on a pad, Brian came back out, assessed, gave me a price, and I agreed to have the work done. Again, I could not be more impressed with the work Brian did. It's very hard to get good, clean, professional work done these days. Simply Service and Brian do just that, time and again. Brian's attention to detail and work ethic is second to none. He worked until it was completed, and perfect, and for the price quoted with a smile on his face -- even though it was damn cold out and the sun had set hours before completion. This is the company, look no further. --Cory

Bobby was great to work with and he was able to get everything working and leveled it out for us as well. My only (very small) issue is that pricing is job-based not hourly, so we paid as much as we would for a larger project, even though it took less than an hour. That being said, it was still reasonable and I would use them again!

On their invoice they say they have a 30 day warranty. The dishwasher ran 1 cycle and threw the uo code again. They refused to come back out giving all sorts of wild excuses. So they took our money fixed nothing and refused to honor their warranty. Beware AAA appliance repair. Not for nothing but I have stage iv cancer and am on disability. They know this and still took my money and fixed nothing.

I've struggled for a bit with my upstairs HVAC unit. The unit was poorly installed, low quality,…read moreand way oversized. When I first moved in, it sounded like a freight train was taking off when the second stage kicked in, and papers/curtains would literally fly around the room. I've had two other techs come look at it so far. The first tech disconnected the second stage, which caused a ton of humidity issues last summer. The second tech said he could dump the extra air in the garage or outside. I gave up last year and ran a dehumidifier to make it through the end of summer. This summer, I decided I'd try one more time before looking at replacement units. Ben Fraser from Roscoe Brown came out and spent quite a bit of time digging in. He found one major issue - the TXV was not set properly, so the unit was not cooling properly. He reconfigured the valve and reconnected the 2nd stage. Finally, he adjusted the airflow to be much more reasonable for the ductwork. The result is much cooler air, much better dehumidification, and no more freight train! It's not perfect, but it will keep me from having to buy a new unit for several more years. The price was fairly high compared to some of the non-name-brand techs, but the results were great. I was happy with the price considering the results.
