So, I figured I should leave a review for the second job he completed - installing a Tesla Wall Charger. We recently purchased an EV and wanted to set up a charging option inside and outside of our garage. We shared a garage pass-through idea with Mike and he executed it flawlessly (see pics of the completed work). I liked them so much, I wanted to expand my quote to include some plumbing and electrical work. This is when things took a turn for the worse. I needed a quote to give to my title company so they could cut a check for closing. I called MCH EVERY DAY for almost two weeks. I spoke to the front office, I spoke to one of the owners. I sent them an inspection report so they didn't even need to go to the house site. I NEVER got a quote. I ended up going with GNC plumbing who quoted me TWICE as much as the original MCH quote but immediately got back to me and got the work done in a quick and timely fashion. I would not recommend this company, despite the fact that some of their employees are great. They had an opportunity to make a really nice amount of money off my closing costs/title company and missed out due to sheer unprofessionalism. They made getting work done on my new home extremely stressful.
