Earlier this year he installed two electric heaters in my outdoor patio and they're really coming in handy now. I didn't leave a review for the job well done. So, I figured I should leave a review for the second job he completed - installing a Tesla Wall Charger. We recently purchased an EV and wanted to set up a charging option inside and outside of our garage. We shared a garage pass-through idea with Mike and he executed it flawlessly (see pics of the completed work). We know have the option of charging our vehicle in multiple locations with a very elegant and cost effective solution. Thanks to Mike and and his team!

I called him with some questions related to wiring concerns in my 1930s house, expecting it to result in an on-site visit with trip charges, etc. He took the time to understand, ask direct questions and explain his viewpoint. Then he talked me out of getting service at this time because it wasn't necessary! That kind of direct, honest dealing is in short supply in this day and age.

He and his guy were kind, professional, and thorough. His quote was almost half of what the company was asking. Once I approved, they were out the next day, and even followed up when NES tried to pull some bureaucratic nonsense with me. They made sure I was back online in my desperate time of need. MCH disrupted this peace of mind immediately by providing some of the worst service I've ever encountered. My A/C did not work the week I moved in. They ended up replacing the unit after it was apparent their technicians were incompetent and could not resolve the issue. Issues with the HVAC still persisted after. The hot water heater also did not work on multiple occasions. I would pursue legal action against this company if I could. DO NOT LET A BUILDER USE THEM ON YOUR HOME

I liked them so much, I wanted to expand my quote to include some plumbing and electrical work. This is when things took a turn for the worse. I needed a quote to give to my title company so they could cut a check for closing. I called MCH EVERY DAY for almost two weeks. I spoke to the front office, I spoke to one of the owners. I sent them an inspection report so they didn't even need to go to the house site. I NEVER got a quote. I ended up going with GNC plumbing who quoted me TWICE as much as the original MCH quote but immediately got back to me and got the work done in a quick and timely fashion. I would not recommend this company, despite the fact that some of their employees are great. They had an opportunity to make a really nice amount of money off my closing costs/title company and missed out due to sheer unprofessionalism. They made getting work done on my new home extremely stressful.
