When my AC didn't kick in on a Friday night, Sat AM I started asking around and searching online for an honest co. I could trust. I was once an "insider" and know of many horror stories where dishonest things are done to homeowners by some companies so that was a concern. Mark's co. was highly recommended, repeatedly, in neighborhoods surrounding me. The majority of his reviews on various sites had heart-felt comments, showing that he truly cares about people. He does what he can to help in any way possible. I'm so happy that I went ahead with him because that was my exact experience. Every one of his crew was friendly, conscientious and hard working. They got the job done fast and everything looked perfect. But what I want to stress is that this is a company that truly cares about people. I think that if you treat them right, they will bend over backwards to give you the best experience possible. I watched these guys sweat and work hard to make me cool and comfortable and they did a great job with everything. I am so thankful that I found Mark and his company.

Just like anything else, we were wanting to go with your big commercial HVAC companies (long standing record, etc.), but came across C&M Heating and Cooling. We learned they've been around for 20+ years and even better locally owned! We decided to see if we can get a scheduled appointment - one phone call, picked a date, and got a confirmation. About as easy as it could get. Now in our third year of using C&M, Chase provided our service. He was professional and walked me through what all he did from checking filer, to pipes, and coils. Before completing, he asked if there was anything else he'd like for me to check. I can appreciate good service, professionalism, and responsiveness when i experience it. Glad I went with a local company focused on providing an exceptional experience. Lastly, they're fairly priced! Would highly recommend! 5 Star!

The repair was excellent and the service guy competent and friendly. So, after 6 months of estimates and exhaustion, I called Estes. Jim was great in being patient with my questions and concerns. That made a difference. I decided to go with a higher quality model than my budget but am so pleased so far with the system....Didn't want their temp star brand but they still delivered great service. Now a little disappointed in the installation of the foil face, I think, , (silver duct wrap insulation was glued haphazardly to the house...not appealing ). The workers not as pleasant this time around. I'll still recommend Estes any day over these corporate companies insisting on paid service memberships up front ...

Would not recommend. I had a 3 ton AC unit installed. They replaced my old unit with a new one in…read morea different location that was convenient for them. This meant not putting the unit further back in the crawl space but right in the way of my crawl space entrance. This also meant installing a new pad that sits beside my already large and accommodating pad for the units, which also blocks a sprinkler head. The pump/drain installed was put right next to the house so water would drain between the foundation of my house and the pad. That also created a lot of algae buildup. I fixed this myself. Does the unit blow cold air, yes. Is this quality work? Not in the slightest. Despite this experience I called this company out to have my air ducts looked at for potential cleaning. A recommendation was made to have my air ducts cleaned. The quote received referenced systems being cleaned. It was NOT clear when they first came out they would only be doing 1 of 2 systems. I learned this while the work was being done. I reached out to express my frustration that a $1200 duct cleaning was only for 1 of the 2 systems. I received a call back with the technician citing he only looked at one system. The technicians explanation and the quote did not make it clear that only 1 system would be cleaned. Strange too that the odor that triggered this duct cleaning was on the system they installed. I had no issues with the original system that was there for 13 years. I will not only NOT recommend this company, I'll go out of my way to warn others. There are plenty of companies looking to earn peoples business, and I'm glad to give it to them.

Nothing fancy; just clean and check the unit for the summer. That's when they came to my house and told me that my unit had over five problems, including leaking refrigerant, bad capacitors, electrical work, etc. Funny enough, their first quote was for 8k, which was to "fix these terrible problems." However, they gave me another crazier solution, to get a brand new unit, which was only 2 tons for a small house for 11k. Kid, you not. I went and got a second opinion, and as I suspected, my HVAC connections weren't the prettiest, but had no problems. The other HVAC professional also found out that they only cleaned a portion of the unit, so he installed a new disconnect, re-did my drain line, sealed my flashing, and rewashed my unit for $600 bucks.
