Chris was prompt in very professional. Was able to adjust our microwave door and explain to me why this occurred. Gave us information to try to prevent this from occurring. read more

Very nice and knowledgeable and ordered the part to fix my refrigerator. I would recommend.

Very polite straight to the point and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Very honest in what he explained was happening. I did not feel pressured about having something replaced when it was unnecessary. read more

The technician Alex was very quick, courteous and just overall a nice person. He explained to me what was wrong with my washing machine and fixed it in about 30 . This service was covered under my warranty, it didn't cost anything. I definitely recommend this company and especially Alex . Thank you for your help and service. read more

Taylor was great. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company based on my experience.

The front desk staff were unhelpful after acknowledging their error and offering an apology. A repair appointment was originally scheduled on December 30 for a January 7 visit to my home. On January 6, I requested an arrival window of 8:00-10:00 AM due to work commitments; this was denied and instead rescheduled to an 11:00 AM-2:00 PM window. At 11:30 AM, I received a call from the technician stating they could not keep the appointment because the motherboard had been ordered but had not yet arrived. This raises the question: why was an appointment scheduled if you did not have the essential part needed to repair the washer? As a result, I stayed home expecting the visit and was unable to go into the office, only to learn that no one would be coming. On January 7, Whirlpool confirmed that the motherboard arrived at their office at 1:40 PM, yet no one contacted me to arrange a new appointment. On January 8, I called to confirm that the part was in and to ask why no reschedule had been made. I was informed that the earliest available appointment is January 15--with no apology, no attempt to prioritize correcting the mistake, and no consideration of the inconvenience caused. This level of service is entirely unprofessional. read more

The office manager, April was very professional. That was the bright spot of this interaction. But, the service wasn't billed to my extended warranty as I expected. Then, it was left to me to pay and try to recoup the money from my extended warranty. And, on top of that, the tech did not fix the issue with my washer. read more

STAY AWAY!!!! This appliance repair company does not warrant its repairs but 30 days after service. I had an issue with my refrigerator leaking water from the freezer area for which my wife called Ken's. An appointment was set for 7/22/2025. The technician arrived and diagnosed the issue within a minute. the reported issue was that there was a blocked drain for which the technician allegedly fixed in 15 minutes or less. At this point we were satisfied since the leak was stopped and felt ok with the repair but not the price. First of all, the service charge was approximately $176.00 plus labor and parts. The total charge for the visit and repair was $276 for which we obviously agreed to pay and felt was reasonable at the time. But unfortunately, the issue for which we had less than three months prior to calling Ken's started again. I called and was informed that the service provided on 7-22-2025 was good for only 30 days. Subsequently, I was advised that, if I desired for a technician to return for further diagnosis; an additional service charge of $176.00 will be needed plus labor and parts. I advised the phone agent that I would not use their service again, because I felt that the additional service charge was excessive and doesn't exhibit confidence in their diagnostic ability and workmanship quality. It further demonstrates a low commitment to satisfactory customer service. This level of customer satisfaction demonstrates why their overall rating is less than a 3. The value of a good company is distinctly different from a great service company, because a great company understands that the only product they sell is service and they stand behind it with reasonable warranty periods over 30 days and values their customers. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY WORKMANSHIP! STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY read more

Luke the technician was totally professional. He explained the entire process to us. Two thumbs up!

Chris is the best. Whenever we need to call Ken's Appliance, I'm always happy to see Chris is our technician.

Jacob had a very helpful attitude and identified the problem with our Bosch dishwasher. Ironically the model number did not show in either of their suppliers systems but the part did, and I was able to go get it. This is the second time I've used Ken's and both experiences were very good. read more

Alex was very informative and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone. He arrived on time and was polite.

Service technician Austin did a great job. He knew what he was doing, got right to work as soon as he arrived and was a courteous young man.

Just like my last service, communication throughout the process was Great . I received a call the day before giving me a couple hour window when to expect the service rep. The day of the service I received a call letting me know when the service rep was 10 minutes out. And, the person doing the repair was friendly and efficient. I wish everyone/company I work with was like Ken's. read more

The door boot seal in my LG washing machine came loose, so I called Ken's Appliance Service. They said they could do the repair. A technician came out and spent 90 minutes trying to complete the repair, but eventually gave up, saying he didn't have the proper LG-specific tool for re-attaching the spring that holds the boot in place. He suggested I contact LG to find an LG Authorized service company. Turns out there are 4 of those in the Middle Tennessee area - the earliest appointment I have been able to make is two weeks from now. Before Ken's technician took it apart, my washing machine was functional - it leaked when doing a large load, but we could still wash clothes. Now, I have the inconvenience and expense of needing to use the laundromat for the next two weeks, until someone else can come out and finish the job Ken's started. I wasn't charged for the "repair," but it is still costing me time and money. Ken's was obviously not the best choice to service an LG product, but they did not inform me that they were not "authorized" and that there were tools necessary to properly do the work that they did not have. If your appliance is LG, don't call Ken's. read more

Alex arrived within the 3 hour time frame that was scheduled for this repair. His appeared very neat and was very pleasant. He was very professional and knowledgable. When he finished the repair he explained the problem and what he did to repair it. I highly recommend Ken's Appliance repair. read more

Jacob came out to fix our appliance and did a great job. He was very polite, thorough and knowledgeable. He earned 5 stars in my opinion. The only reason I'm placing 3 stars is because I was told the service was covered, but had to pay a fee at the end the appointment. I would use Ken's appliance again, but will be verifying cost prior to booking. read more

Chris was on time, friendly, professional and fixed our washing machine right up! Would definitely recommend.

Don't even bother wasting your time. I wish there was a "Zero" star rating. This was an appointment scheduled through Lowe's appliance repair. Given an 8-5 window and now that it is 5:00 with no call/no show, I call them, only to find out they are closed at 4:30. Run, don't walk from this shitty place. read more

Wes was absolutely phenomenal! He was in and out in no time and able to figure out the problem! I will definitely be using Ken's appliance service again read more

I can't compliment Kelvin from Ken's Appliance Service enough. He showed up on time, was very polite, figured out the problem with our microwave, gave me a print out with the cost to repair it, and ordered the part. Upon his return he was just as polite, replaced the part, made sure everything was cleaned up when he finished. The cost for repairs was quite reasonable too. I will not hesitate to call Ken's Appliance Service again if we're in need of repairs. Excellent service! read more

Quick, clean and informative. Kind and honest. I knew the tech was honest as I am the person that found the diagnostic code and knew it was a long shot that this machine was worth repairing vs. just purchasing a new unit. Will absolutely recommend and use their services in the future. read more

Paul was knowledgeable and efficient. Very pleased as this is our first time using this company.

This is an update to my previous 5 star review. The service guys were very respectful and confident in their ability to repair our refrigerator. They worked with my weird work schedule, so I don't want to take that away from them. Their confidence gave me the confidence that they could fix our refrigerator so we proceeded with this pretty expensive repair, nearly a $1000$. It lasted four days. Upon the next evaluation they determined it was a bad part, not their skills, they happily ordered a new part and came back yesterday, again confident they fixed the fridge. NOPE: less than 24 hours later it's not cooling at all! So here we are again, 4 weeks without our appliance working, waiting on parts was part of the time span, and we now have to wait for them to come back on Tuesday, week 5, to try and determine what went wrong. We feel that the labor cost was pretty high and since their laborers were unsuccessful twice to fulfill what they were pretty sure they could fix, we are owed at least the labor costs back and maybe even bad part costs back. My husband spoke to the person who could make that determination and his answer was no, the labor was done. He doesn't care that the labor did not produce a positive result for us. He is keeping our nearly 1000$ and willing to send someone out again but I suspect they won't be able to fix it still. The only reason he gets 2 stars is because of the techs respectful and professional behavior. They get 0 stars for a job well done. Original review: Alex showed up perfectly (I had requested after 2 so I didn't have to cancel my patients I treat) and he dug into the fridge and finally found the source of our problem. He was able to find out part costs, give labor costs, and someone will have to return to do the repair. Although expensive, it's still cheaper than replacing the whole refrigerator. Thanks, Alex!! read more

Ken's Appliance Service - Ice blocking a Freon leak. - Appliances & Repair Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

We had great service from Ken's Appliance the 3 times we had warranty issues with our Whirlpool refrigerator that was almost new from Costco. Each time it was Tim who was our repairman and he was wonderful. I read the other reviews and was really surprised by some of the experiences- maybe it depends on who your service person was but we had Tim each time and couldn't be more delighted! The issues with the fridge were directly related to the unit not being correct from the factory vs any issues w Ken's Appliance. So why my 5 star? * Tim texted use the day before each appointment to confirm the time he would be showing up the next day (closed the window to 2 hours va the 4 hour window Whirlpool gave us). * He arrived masked up * He was pleasant to my wife and I each time he visited and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and what part was needed - explaining what the issue was in common terms. * I can't comment on price as each visit was warranty work. * we did have one scheduling issue when Whirlpool told us an appointment day and the Kens called same day to confirm the date was wrong and reschedule. Overall I have shared Tim's info with my neighbors because I really did think he was a 5 star repair guy - sometimes those are really difficult to come by! read more

I asked the technician directly to check for corrosion on the board after reading others had this problem. He stated that while the board was the problem there was no corrosion. As the picture shows he was clearly lying. A 30 cent alcohol pad and YouTube video later and my washer is running like new. Don't use Ken's Appliance. read more

We had a Maytag washer issue with the lid not sensing the auto lock. I was pointed in this businesses direction after going to the Maytag website to find a certified Maytag repair shop. I can't really review the company overall since I only had them come out once, but I give a 10 out of 10 for Jarad G who was kind, friendly, very helpful, informative, knowledgeable, and went way above and beyond in all my questions in his explanations and helpful advice on my Whirlpool 5 in 1 Range. Thanks for all your help in ways I never knew I needed to know! You're surely an asset to the company. I hope they appreciate you. I know I do! Thanks, again! read more
