I have used Parker Heating and Cooling several times over the years for routine HVAC service and…read moremaintenance, and I have always been impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and quality of work. When my HVAC system failed, they were the first company I called. They responded promptly, confirmed that my unit needed to be replaced, and provided an estimate. I obtained a couple of additional quotes for comparison, and Parker's estimate was by far the highest. Even so, because of my positive experiences with them in the past, I chose to move forward with their installation. I was without heating and cooling for approximately two weeks while waiting for my scheduled installation. The day before the installation, I was contacted and informed that it would need to be postponed by two additional days because another customer's installation had not been completed, leaving that customer without service. While the delay was inconvenient, I understood the situation. The installation itself was completed professionally, and I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. Unfortunately, my experience after the installation has been extremely disappointing. Mike with Parker Heating and Cooling informed me that I qualified for two separate rebates based on my new system and assured me that he would complete and submit all of the required paperwork on my behalf. It has now been more than three months since the installation, and I have received no information or updates regarding either rebate. I have attempted to contact Mike several times, but he has not returned my calls. While I have no complaints about the quality of the installation or the technical expertise of the company, customer service after the sale is just as important. Failing to follow through on promised rebate paperwork and then refusing to communicate with a customer has left me very disappointed. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend Parker Heating and Cooling despite the quality of their installation work.

We are talking 8:00 at night. They had it replaced in an hr and a 1/2! No upcharge for a Sunday! And a very proffesional job! Today our air condioning went out! Within a couple hrs they were out and we were quoted for repairs and everything was easy peasy! Colin (owner) is a class act! Other Owners (MARKS heating and air) should take lessons from Colin on how to treat a customer!

AND I have washed two loads of clothes with great outcomes (CLEAN) that surpassed the more expensive Maytag we bought from Appliance Mart in Cookeville and had repaired twice and it still never worked and were told if the part went out again it might be a year before a new one would come in. AT any rate that is water over the dam and we are really pleased with this store (Carlos recommended the model he thought we needed and not the most expensive he thought we would buy) AND delivered it within a week AND IT WORKS really WELL. Back in Jan 2021 Paschall Heating & Air came out and found a leak on the expansion tank and instead…read moreof telling me I needed a new HW Heater, fixed the problem and all has been good since. Unfortunately the HW Heater started leaking again from inside the tank. Called Paschall again and Jason came back out and tried to find the leak but no success. They gave me a quote for a new HW Heater and I felt the price was reasonable and didn't need to get estimates anywhere else. Jason installed the new HW Heater and everything went smoothly with no problems. Highly recommend these folks...they do good work and make sure the job is done right!
