I understand discount retailers look to leverage buildings within a lower rent tier, but having visited three separate Bargain Hunt locations, I'm very much of the mind that they need to clean and spruce up! 2. Get the pilfering under control. I'm a huge fan of their back-of-the-store 75% off clearance deals! However, one will consistently find that, at any given time, around HALF the merchandise on their clearance shelves have been either riffled through or pilfered.
