    The manager Gene from the tire center was great and helpful! I dropped my wheel and tire off in the morning to get it exchanged for a new one. The other staff in the tire center seemed like they really didn't want to be there and hated life. I was very refreshed by the customer service when I came to pick my tire back up!! I feel that the staff as a whole needs a refresher on customer service. The customer who has a bad experience isn't going to return for business! Visiting from Michigan for the weekend, and I will return to this Walmart should I be in town and need another tire repair!

While the…read morebuilding is older, they recently renovated and redesigned the entire store, complete with fresh signage, additional isles, a Dunkin' Doughnuts, and new flooring. This refresh, for me, makes shopping notably more pleasant as the store's presentation and cleanliness has significantly improved! Generally, the shelves are stocked well enough; however, the selection diversity for some items can be lacking and a few select items are often out of stock. Staff are generally helpful and friendly and while I'm occasionally left waiting at misc. departments (electronics, beauty, etc.) for an associate, there's typically someone I can snag close by. Parking is sufficient for the building's size and capacity. The store's entrance/exit and general parking area is easily navigated and kept clean/litter free.

I purchased a couch and rug on May 19 and was told they would be delivered on June 10. A few days before delivery, I was informed the couch was delayed by two weeks. Since then, the delivery date has continued to change--from late June to July 4, then July 6--with no proactive communication from the store. Every update has required me to call and ask for information myself. What has been most disappointing is the lack of transparency. After multiple conversations, I was told that the vendor supplying the couch has a history of delays and ongoing issues. Had that been disclosed at the time of purchase, I could have made an informed decision about whether to proceed with the order. Instead, it feels as though making the sale was prioritized over providing realistic expectations. Communication has been inconsistent throughout this process. Different information has been provided at different times, and when previous statements were questioned, I often received lengthy explanations rather than clear answers. I was even accidentally contacted and given information regarding another customer's couch order. That raised serious concerns about the store's organization and handling of customer information. To make matters more frustrating, I was offered a "loaner" couch until my order arrives. While I understand the intent, I did not pay for a temporary couch--I paid for the couch I selected and was promised would be delivered weeks ago. After more than a month of delays, shifting timelines, and poor communication, I still do not have the furniture I purchased. Customers deserve honest timelines, transparent communication, and accurate information before making a major purchase. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
