I called an antibiotic prescription in for a patient on August 19 and left a voicemail on their automated system. ONE MONTH LATER on September 16th I get a call from Nathan with Costco pharmacy asking about this same prescription - he seemed very confused about the status of the prescription. Upon speaking with the patient, he stated that Costco told him that the prescription was never called in when he went to pick it up in August. I then called Costco pharmacy back on September 21st and spoke to Andy - he stated that the prescription would be filled and available for the patient that day. I then get a call from Chloe on September 24th asking about this prescription and again there was confusion - she stated that there was no record of it being filled. Per Chloe, she states that the issue was the spelling of the owner's name. As a medical professional, I have NO CONFIDENCE in this pharmacy's ability to cross-reference prescriptions in a timely manner and reliably get patients their medications.

I can't, for the life of me, begin to understand how someone with the worst hygiene ever is still employed. Not only do customers have to endure that smell but her poor coworker (William) has to be stuck in that tiny store with her for hours. Which he was extremely helpful (not to mention that he smelled pleasant) and went back inside for me to remind her to turn my gas pump on. One thing I found a little confusing was that the sign pointing to the restrooms was actually past the women's restroom, so I walked right by it before realizing I had already passed it. Once I found it, I was happy to see there was no line, and this location had quite a few more restroom stalls than the last Love's we stopped at. It was also much cleaner, which I definitely appreciated. I also signed up for the rewards program after seeing that you can save money on gas with cents off per gallon discounts. Unfortunately, the discount wasn't working at the pump, which was frustrating because saving on gas was the whole reason I signed up. My husband was getting impatient, so we decided not to mess with it and just paid full price. Hopefully, it'll work at our next stop.

I've enjoyed the food, the ambiance is you know, a gas station. But as for service, the folks are really helpful. Stop by here frequently. On several occasions, I have sampled a few of the fresh offerings. White Bison coffee is great. Surprisingly, their donuts rival some of the national and local donuts shops around here. Hoagies and burgers are prepared fresh - not sitting in some warming tray, and they are good. But, it is a gas station. Every time I have been there, employees have been super helpful in navigating the kiosk ordering station. Today, the lady practically ran the entire thing for me. Obviously meant for the "Grab and Go" crowd there is not much of a seating area, but a high table with a few chairs worked fine as I watched people come and go, or pump their gasoline. In an era of $5 meal deals due to burger price inflation, they have a very nice $6 meal that is more than competitive.
