The "Corporate Shirt" who came up with this better way of doing things, was way off. Like every Publix, the service is always fantastic (shoutout to Kristin!) and the weekly BOGO discounts are incredible. Besides my weekly shopping, Publix's bakery and deli platters are super helpful for hosting! The deli alone deserves 5 stars for the convenience of grabbing a sandwich or chicken tenders and having a ready made lunch. Because who really wants to cook right after the grocery store?

I called an antibiotic prescription in for a patient on August 19 and left a voicemail on their automated system. ONE MONTH LATER on September 16th I get a call from Nathan with Costco pharmacy asking about this same prescription - he seemed very confused about the status of the prescription. Upon speaking with the patient, he stated that Costco told him that the prescription was never called in when he went to pick it up in August. I then called Costco pharmacy back on September 21st and spoke to Andy - he stated that the prescription would be filled and available for the patient that day. I then get a call from Chloe on September 24th asking about this prescription and again there was confusion - she stated that there was no record of it being filled. Per Chloe, she states that the issue was the spelling of the owner's name. As a medical professional, I have NO CONFIDENCE in this pharmacy's ability to cross-reference prescriptions in a timely manner and reliably get patients their medications.

One thing I found a little confusing was that the sign pointing to the restrooms was actually past the women's restroom, so I walked right by it before realizing I had already passed it. Once I found it, I was happy to see there was no line, and this location had quite a few more restroom stalls than the last Love's we stopped at. It was also much cleaner, which I definitely appreciated. I also signed up for the rewards program after seeing that you can save money on gas with cents off per gallon discounts. Unfortunately, the discount wasn't working at the pump, which was frustrating because saving on gas was the whole reason I signed up. My husband was getting impatient, so we decided not to mess with it and just paid full price. Hopefully, it'll work at our next stop.

Stopped to buy a cola late on the 16th and bought 4 lottery tickets of which I won $17. I had never…read morebeen in this area of TN, this was immediately after dropping off a 3.5 hr Uber rider from my hometown of Knoxville. When I went to cash in the tickets I could not cash them in because it said they were invalid and out of date. So I called the store owner who then accused me of buying them somewhere else and said they never sold that type of ticket. When I told him to look at his cameras to see me purchasing the tickets that night from his employee he said he would look into it and get back with me. When he got back with me he continued with the story of he did not sale those and I must be mistaken of which store I stopped at. And when I told him my ride was recorded by life 360 and Uber he continued with the we don't sale that ticket. Then laughed and said call the commissions board. He then texted me again on the 21st stating that a friend who owns a market in Knoxville activated those tickets on 4-4-24. Note the ticket I got were numbers 000-003 so they were the first ones sold off of the roll. And I had tried to cash them at my local weigels on the 19th so he could have sold more fraudulent tickets in those days before I contacted him and even be cashing in the prizes himself to locals who won. Buying some scratch offs every now and again has been a treat for me to honor times I had with my father who has been gone for 18yrs now scammer stores like this have ruined it for me.

There are not too many TJ's scattered around Nashville, and luckily my office is just around the corner, so I frequent this TJ's more than any other! Trader Joe's are small, but mighty and packed to the brim from entry to exit, and even to the sidewalks! Pricing is not as bad here for majority of the items as folks think. Their veggies, cheeses, breads, wine and frozen items are all well priced. You get pricier on the specialty/organic stuff, but I stick to a few things and make it out well under budget. Of those areas, the frozen section is where I spend most of my time! Service at Trader Joe's is second to none, especially at this location. They are friendly and efficient. Overall, love me some Trader Joe's!
