This Trader Joe's sits in the large shopping center on Cool Springs Boulevard along with TJ Maxx, Starbucks and a few other local and chain spots. There are not too many TJ's scattered around Nashville, and luckily my office is just around the corner, so I frequent this TJ's more than any other! Trader Joe's are small, but mighty and packed to the brim from entry to exit, and even to the sidewalks! Pricing is not as bad here for majority of the items as folks think. Their veggies, cheeses, breads, wine and frozen items are all well priced. You get pricier on the specialty/organic stuff, but I stick to a few things and make it out well under budget. Of those areas, the frozen section is where I spend most of my time! Service at Trader Joe's is second to none, especially at this location. They are friendly and efficient. Gotta love TJs - anywhere, anytime, or just about anything! The staff are so kind and helpful, I love grabbing flowers, cards, and small meaningful gifts here. I do grocery shop here from time to time. The biggest deterrent is how small this store is and how crowded it tends to be. Parking can be a bit challenging even though there is plenty of spots with a large shared plaza parking lot. Traffic is heavy just about all the time no matter which direction you are coming from. When in the States, I tend to visit a Trader Joe's to get my grocery and snack fixes. This store is located in Franklin, south of Nashville. I may need to think about staying in Franklin next time. I like being in the suburbs and the shopping here was great. This Trader Joe's is in a plaza with a TJ Maxx. It was more of a reason for me to visit. I had no problem finding a parking spot and heading into the store. Fresh flowers greeted me. I loved it. I always marvel at the wine section. I'm so used to going to grocery stores without wine. It was nice to see a vast selection. Watermelon jerky is the latest craze. The sugar macros are naturally high because it's watermelon. I picked up a package to try. The watermelon jerky was delicious. It was real dried chunks of watermelon with no sugar added. So good! I actually hit another Trader Joe's the following day or so to get more. I got a lot of snacks from this store. The Everything but the Bagel nuts looked good. If you like bagel seasoning with almonds and cashews, get this bag. I devoured it. I love the Chomps brand of meat sticks. I swear by them when travelling. They are the perfect snack with enough protein to sustain you for a couple of hours on a plane. I bought a few. I like to change up my breakfast foods. As nice as the hotel where I was staying was to provide complimentary hot breakfasts, they taste the same after the first week. I got some potstickers and soup dumplings, which are such Asian staples. They were yummy and authentic. I love them so much. The dairy-free beverages section was awesome. I got a carton of sugar-free almond and cashew beverage. It was creamy and so perfect. I also liked the roasted seaweed. I got a package and it all got devoured well before I headed home. What stands out at this store is the customer service. I was at the checkout lining up. A woman called me over as she was free to help cash me out. She was friendly and great, efficiently packing all my items in a paper bag with handles. I paid with a credit card. It was a smooth transaction. I thanked her and left with my goods. Brand new Traders located in Murfreesboro, Tn!!! So excited, love me some TJ's. Best flowers you can get, anywhere. I went on the second day it was opened. Packed, but got in and out under 20 minutes with $100 worth of groceries. The cashiers were on top of it, and each one had a bagger. Couldn't ask for better efficiency. And of course the employees are so kind and helpful. Went back today for more flowers and purchased a small Caesar salad to eat in my car while I was out running errands. The date it was good through was 3 days from now. When I opened it, the romaine was pretty much all brown. I tried to pick out the brown parts, but too many. Should have taken it back, but I was already 5 miles from store when I opened it. Oh well, unfortunate, it won't keep me from going back, but watch the lettuce!! read more

Only 4 stars this go round Joseph. You were out of quite a few items. There's nothing wrong with the quality of what you have, but the quality of what you don't have can't be judged because YOU DON'T HAVE IT!! The stock answer of distribution chain issues is getting old and is increasingly falling on deaf ears. There's a lot of money burning holes in our pockets, so give us something to buy. I want my giant corn nuts!! I'm just messing with you, Joe. I know that your company is doing its best. My patience is wearing thin with all the lame excuses from other industries, especially the politicians. Man, can they spin a yarn, and can do it with a smile! I bet they get their giant corn nuts from Peru flown in on chartered jets. Just a question, am I the only one who gets a bit weirded out by all the healthy people shopping at Traders? As the Beaver would say, "It's kind of creepy Wally." Hang in there, Joe Joe. I'll still be a customer. I'll just have to substitute the corn nuts with those dried orange slices from the Philippines. Though they may be a poor substitute for corn nuts, at least I won't have to worry about scurvy. Quick Tip: Try the Stout Pies. You may be able to find them in the frozen food section. Even though they may not look like it, they're hard as hockey pucks. I suggest you give them an additional 5 minutes past the suggested cooking time. Me in a Trader Joe's is like a kid in a candy store. And while I've never met a TJ's location I didn't like, this one definitely ranks amongst the top. I've been waiting for this location to open and I'm so happy it is finally here! It's in the strip mall shopping area just off Cool Springs Blvd. Lots of easy parking. The thing that set this TJ's apart was the store layout inside. I've never seen a location organized like this one, but now I want them all organized like this one! Most have a 'refrigerator section' with veggies/dips/pre-made meals/soups all together, which is totally fine. This Cool Springs one took that a step further and has separate sections for just dips, just pre-made meals, etc. it truly was so nice and made it easier to find what you are looking for. And more pleasing to the eye, it looked cleaner. Also, this location had some dips that I have not seen at the other Nashville locations. A vegan caramelized onion dip, a truffle hot sauce. Many others but immediately had to try both! Aisles were well stocked and staff was easy to find to ask questions if needed. I live in Nashville closer to the one on White Bridge, but can easily see myself coming here on the regular as I really enjoyed my experience. Trader Joe's fan for life! read more

This Trader Joe's is my favorite location, so convenient to get to. Easy drive, so much parking space available. The staff is super friendly as always, it's just over all so pleasant to shop here. It's definitely bigger size than the other two locations, while gives you room to breath. The food is always on point, I am lucky enough I can always find a few of my favorites. This has become the Trader Joe's that I frequent instead of the Green Hills love of my past. Parking is plentiful and easy here, which is a big deal to me. It's also right off 65 which makes things easy. As a bonus, it's located in a plaza of other stores/restaurants such as TJ MAXX & Crumbl Cookies. They always have decently priced fresh flowers, and their displays are great. I love the employees at Trader Joe's and they are more than just helpful, they're personable. The conversations at checkout have usually lead me towards my next TJ's item to love, but sometimes they lead me towards a local event I wouldn't have heard about otherwise. Some of my favorites here: Garlic Naan, Chicken Tikka Samosas, Spicy Uncured Charcuterie Selection, Organic Elote Corn Chip Dippers, Dark Chocolate Almonds with Sea Salt & Turbinado Sugar, Italian Bomba Hot Pepper Sauce, and their interesting ice cream varieties! I've been shopping at Trader Joe's for well over a decade. This place was once cheap, now it's a little more expensive then the average grocery store. Over the many years I've learned a lot. Most things in the store are not as good as before. But there are still a handful of things that I buy when I'm at the store. I question their quality and their ability to count. Cheese is not the correct oz. Certain food such as their shumai says their count is 10, but out of the 7 boxes we bought recently, there has only been 9 pieces. Same goes for their Mac n cheese balls. They are cheating consumers and most of us either do not know it or just don't care to go back and return or let management know, like myself. The fresh food here goes bad quick. You must eat within a day or two or it's just moldy and spoiled. The cheese needs to be eaten quick too. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. So review based on store would be 5/5 but overall for Trader Joe's would probably be just average or a little below. read more

I like having TJs near me a lot of their products are great however something has changed recently that needs to be addressed ! They have pre made salads which we enjoy ( good options) and recently I've noticed the expiration dates offer a great deal of time but when I buy in Sunday and go to open Mon & Tues the greens are brown & wilted -those expiration dates need to be looked into ! I'm basically get spoiled food ! Do better Trader Joe's - if a salad I make is only good for 5 days in my fridge there is no way they can be food for weeks or a month in your fridge ! Was very frustrated to have to step around so many employees stocking the shelves. 5 in one aisle! Why so much during open hours? A lot could be knocked out the hour before or after store hours, and here and there as needed. Stepping around employees has always been an issue at TJ's. read more
