I drive past two other grocery stores to go to Publix. I understand the company and know the quality of products and the customer service.

Whole Foods in general are always so refreshing to be in from the condition of the store to the cleanliness, service, fresh food and of course...the hot food stations! I have popped into this location many times over the years, sometimes for full shopping experiences, other times for a quick lunch and on occasion, for an Amazon return. Each visit is fairly effortless and stress-free. The only part that can be slightly painful is parking, and getting in and out of the place...this complex is very busy! Service is always stellar whether on the floor, behind a counter or at the registers. Overall, while I am a Kroger loyalist, I make it point to swing by this Whole Foods anytime I need...or want!

Pizza team do better. As a former small business owner, I hate to give out poor reviews…read more Unfortunately I've had multiple horrible experiences with the pizza counter and their employees. I believe this makes 5x in a row so I thought I'd step up and say something. I won't go through all of them, but here is a synopsis of the last two. My nephew had a football game at Centennial High this last fall, so we went to grab a pizza from the counter (you know how high school boys can eat). It was fairly late so they had several partial pizzas available by the slice. My wife and I tried to order a pizza and were told it was too late (really!!) so we asked if they could put together a whole pizza for the slices that were being sold "by the slice." We were also told no. I was dumbfounded, they said we had to order them by the slice only. They looked like they were sitting for a bit so I thought I was doing them a favor. Not to mention, they had what looked like four employees just conversing and on their phones. This morning my elderly parents were craving pizza so even though we have had multiple negative experiences, I thought; what the hell, we haven't tried them since last fall. I called, a woman with a kind voice answered and I thought finally a positive. I apologize for not being able to find the different pizza options on your website and she transferred me to the "ready to eat" counter. Unfortunately, they weren't ready to answer the phone because after several minutes on hold we were hung up on. If this was just a one time occurrence I would be fine but this seems to be their common practice. Customer facing employees must have better customer service. I will just grab a few pizzas from another place, I don't know if this is a reflexion on Whole Foods or just that Ready to Eat crew. Either way we probably won't be back for a while.

A healthy…read moreschmeer of mayo, what looks like way too much thick sliced tomatoes, and a generous shake of salt and pepper. That's it. You're never, never, going to make a decent tomato sandwich from anything you pick up in a grocery store. But if you get your tomatoes from Reed's, you'll be dripping tomato juice and smiling. Give a cantaloupe at your local grocery a big sniff. Nothing? Right. Now get yourself to Reed's and give one of their cantaloupes a big sniff. You'll understand (and you'll take home a great melon). I used to love picking up peaches from the Peach Truck. Now they only do 25 pound boxes around Nashville. I love a fresh peach, just as a snack, sliced on a salad, sweetened up in a dessert - heck, even infused in Tito's! But 25 pounds? Reed's has the real deal peaches, and you can get what you need. It's wonderfully ramshackle, park right out front, friendly people. If you're not a regular I feel a little sad for you!
