I called an antibiotic prescription in for a patient on August 19 and left a voicemail on their automated system. ONE MONTH LATER on September 16th I get a call from Nathan with Costco pharmacy asking about this same prescription - he seemed very confused about the status of the prescription. Upon speaking with the patient, he stated that Costco told him that the prescription was never called in when he went to pick it up in August. I then called Costco pharmacy back on September 21st and spoke to Andy - he stated that the prescription would be filled and available for the patient that day. I then get a call from Chloe on September 24th asking about this prescription and again there was confusion - she stated that there was no record of it being filled. Per Chloe, she states that the issue was the spelling of the owner's name. As a medical professional, I have NO CONFIDENCE in this pharmacy's ability to cross-reference prescriptions in a timely manner and reliably get patients their medications.

This is not the first time you have been rude either. You were close to getting snapped on. Not like any gas station interactions are meaningful, but seeing you behind the counter makes me sour. You have always been insufferable and I wish something could be done about it. Your coworkers probably don't like you either. As mentioned, energy drinks were the focus and they had a great promotion for Celsius, so I scooped up 3-for-$6 and back on the road we went. Service was okay. She was not friendly, but also not rude. Just mediocre service. This was your basic experience at a fairly basic convenience store. Nothing crazy good or bad.

Every time I do a pick up order it takes 30+ mins. It's not the employees fault. It's management. They need more employees running these orders out. Not just 1 or 2 people. I feel bad for the workers! If you're one of those customers that do pick up orders, be mindful and do not take it out on the employees that are running your pick up orders out to your car.

My pizza slice doesn't get boxed until I am at the counter and the attendant still has to find my order on the screen and click picked up or something. And instead of a good customer service as it used to be; you now have a pissed off employee who is doing robot like work continually. The "Corporate Shirt" who came up with this better way of doing things, was way off. Oh and the sign above the Cafe says, "skip the line, Order can&Go....¿ The foods still good, but the process is terrible.
