I was just accused of shop lifting at the south church street pilot travel center for absolutley no reason at all. The lady had no reason what so ever to assume i was stealing. I picked something up and put it back down and walked to the snack cakes and she came aggresive over to me and said did you put something in your pocket and i said no maam i didnt and she kept staring at me until i literaly emptied my pockets in front of her. She didnt even aknowledge the fact thay i jad nothing in my pockets abd just turned and walked away. No apologies or anything just kept watching me. She accused me in front of other customers and flat out humiliated me. I have no reason to steal a damn snack cake . I will never go back in that store and hopefully that hateful old lady retires soon or sometging cuz that was some bullshit. This is the first review I have ever done. I am one that will ask to speak to management to speak highly when treated well. So when my friend I was traveling with was treated so disrespectfully by Dakota as he was taking her order then yelled at her for not picking up her receipt off his counter. He stated she is more than 60 years old and should know better. He walked out in the lobby where we was sitting continued to yell at her then threatened to call the police if she didn't get her ass out of his store. Then went got the gas station manager which once hearing the full story apologized for his behavior and stated she has no control over that staff, she was just going to make us leave per his request. As poorly as he treated my friend he was nice to me. He made reference to her age I believe 3 different times with her being over 60. So if you are 50 and below you are probably safe to order food. If over 60 Dakota will attack and harass you. read more

A Pilot is a Pilot but I have to say they are my favorite 'rest' stop on a trip. Wide selection of coffee and the bathrooms are usually very clean. Depending on location tehre's usually a Subway or Wendy's attached. read more

Stopped here for gas on my way back home. Was going to run inside for a few things because I saw the sign that read "MASKS REQUIRED" so I felt at ease going in. As I exited my car, I noticed a gentleman coming out without a mask. Then I witnessed two more people come out that had visited the Arby's that's attached, without masks. As I sat here for another 5 mins debating, maybe 2 out of 5 people actually had on masks that entered. They weren't made to leave and get masks either. If you're just stopping gas you may be ok but make sure to have your own wipes and sanitizer as I'm sure they aren't sanitizing the pumps read more

I know. I'm writing a review of a Pilot store but for people who travel I hope they find this helpful. So, they sell gas. Yes. But it's much more than that. The store is super clean as was the women's restroom (also a huge plus if you are traveling). There are several hand sanitizer machines placed throughout the store as well and I loved this. More places should do this. There is also an Arby's attached and guess what? They also have a hand sanitizer machine on the wall. I sanitized and placed my order. The staff was very friendly and quick to bring me my food. I had a little one with me so this was definitely helpful. I am adding this location to my list of places to be able to stop, fuel up, eat, and use the restroom without having to worry about if it's clean or not. read more

This is by far the worst Pilot I have stopped at. Place is absolutely filthy!! Driver bathrooms are nasty. Definitely not cleaned after each use. Hair, toothpicks, qtips all over. Regular customer bathrooms are just as bad. Just plain ol nasty read more

Disrespected and verbally assaulted by Pilot employees at this location. The attendant called my attention in the store screamed at me to move my vehicle and chased me to my vehicle called me stupid and every name in the book. I should have put her under citizens arrest but I didn't want to ruin her life. I am so upset with this behavior this is not how we need to treat people. Be a better person. Stopped here during a recent road trip and have no complaints. The convenience store was clean and organized. They employees seemed friendly. There is an Arby's inside which had great and timely service. The exterior of the building, including the pump area, was clean and did not look run down. read more

This is a pretty clean Pilot. The entrance for trucks is kind of obscure and the "truck entrance" sign on one side is blocked by foliage. Other than that, once you get in, it is a cozy parking area. The staff was friendly. The location and entrance will likely not make it one of our regular choices, but it's not on the "avoid" list! read more

I never have issues cashing a Comchek. Truck stops are the only fueling station that will cash these. Ok, so I was headed out of town (about 4am) & I needed the check cashed. I usually go to my bank but like I said it was 4am. I asked the cashier if he could cash it. I should've know by the completely irrelevant questions he was asking that he didn't know what he was doing. It usually takes 30 seconds, a minute tops to cash a Comchek. I do it all the time. "Nope the account is invalid" I'm like uhhh, it's not. "It is" & hands me the check back. Didn't give it another go or anything. Just washed his hands of the situation (like he had other things to do at 4 in the morning). I took it to the LOVE'S down 24 (out of my way) to get it cashed. It took 15 seconds. No questions, no attitude. If the employees AT A TRUCK STOP don't know how to cash a Comchek then they should say "I don't know how to do this" instead of giving someone a shitty experience. Very upset I buy all of my truck fuel here and some days I just park my car and wait for a load to come on my phone app. So when I am there with my car I use the handicapped parking spaces because I have mobility issues. Today they let the TN lottery truck park across all 3 of their handicapped parking spots. Other vendors come and go and don't have to block them off. So I called in to the fuel desk and asked them to move the truck. About 45 mins later they did move it but not until they jacked around in the back of the truck using the excuse that they had to tie down the machines before they could move up 50 feet. Well as a trucker I can promise that unless they were going to try to wheelie the truck those machines wouldn't have moved one inch. I am really disappointed in Pilot for allowing them to park across the handicapped parking spots like they did. It shows a lack of caring for their handicapped customers. read more
