The pump area is well covered with sixteen well-spaced gas pumps that had squeegees and paper towels. Trash cans were being emptied when I arrived, so that was good. There was a little bit of trash that had been blown across the lot but minor. Inside, the restrooms were clean and the soda coolers were very well stocked. I'm a fan! To start, it is not the easiest or safest to get in and out of given its proximity to the interstates on/off ramps. Additionally, it is not in the best of condition. From the gas pumps to the interior, it needs some TLC. It is all just dingy, dirty and worn. If the condition didn't jump out at you, then the cleanliness certainly will. As many other reviewers mentioned, the bathrooms are awful. They are small and unkept. Overall, bypass this spot if you are in need of anything beyond a quick fill up.

I called an antibiotic prescription in for a patient on August 19 and left a voicemail on their automated system. ONE MONTH LATER on September 16th I get a call from Nathan with Costco pharmacy asking about this same prescription - he seemed very confused about the status of the prescription. Upon speaking with the patient, he stated that Costco told him that the prescription was never called in when he went to pick it up in August. I then called Costco pharmacy back on September 21st and spoke to Andy - he stated that the prescription would be filled and available for the patient that day. I then get a call from Chloe on September 24th asking about this prescription and again there was confusion - she stated that there was no record of it being filled. Per Chloe, she states that the issue was the spelling of the owner's name. As a medical professional, I have NO CONFIDENCE in this pharmacy's ability to cross-reference prescriptions in a timely manner and reliably get patients their medications.

I don't see why the city of Murpheesboro allows this to continue since they are required to have public restrooms conduct business. I would be a lot of money that closing them down for a few days would get those plumbing issues corrected pretty quickly.
