My favorites were definitely firecracker shrimp, raw oysters and the pineapple playmaker. The firecracker shrimp was perfectly seasoned and textured. Raw oysters were fresh. The pineapple playmaker was just fantastic. My husband said his fried pickle chicken sandwich was really good as well. Everything came out really quickly, which was fantastic! Server was nice and attentive. Overall, great food and service. Definitely will be back again!

We weren't greeted by anyone but there was no sign that said to seat ourselves, so we kinda just stood there confused for a few minutes. We finally flagged down a waitress, and she told us we could sit anywhere we wanted. Our waiter arrived soon after we sat down and took our order. Our drinks and food came quickly, which was good. The calamari is great on its own but the mango habanero sauce definitely gave it a good flavor and kick. My A-1 steakhouse burger was juicy and good but it could use more A-1 sauce; I barely tasted it. Unfortunately, my mother-in-law's steak was overcooked, but since it's not a steakhouse, we weren't having high expectations anyways. Both the sunflower and holy water shooters were delicious. Overall, it was a pretty good experience besides the initial encounter. We would definitely come back for the drinks!

However, this place has TANKED since I came here in 2024. We had lunch here around 1:30, and not a soul was in sight. The guy taking our order was the same guy to make the food for us. Which is unfortunate, cause he was stingy with the chicken. When I came here two years ago, they LOADED my flat bread with chicken chunks. This time, there was maybe a tender and a half on it. Hope this place reaches their employees to break bread. I had this spot as a top 10 for lunch, but now it's not even top 20. Good luck!

We usually get two sandwiches with a few sides! It's always pretty good. Half the time the food comes out mostly hot, sometimes closer to the room-temp side of things. It's a good country kitchen vibe with some antiques on the walls - including a few older tv's. It seems like they employ the local college students which is always good, they do a good job and are always friendly! I'm originally from the Carolina's, so it's hard to beat Carolina BBQ, but this is a good spot to hang! 8/10

I ordered some wings and our waiter talked me into a basket of onion rings. Everything about these wings was perfect. They were crispy, sauced perfectly, and super juicy when you bit into them. They're massive and the breading has almost a tempura type quality to it, somewhat light but still great crunch. For all my ranch people out there, the ranch is pretty good here too and they weren't stingy with it either. Our server was great and took great care of us. My wife has a sunflower allergy and we inquired about their use of any sunflower products in their cooking. Well our waitress had asked the owner AJ and after a few minutes he came out and what he said surprised me. He had called the former owner and asked if anything they sold had sunflower in it and had even called the manufacturer of the buns and his distributer to see if there was anything that had potentially used any sunflower products but he hadn't heard back from them as of yet. AJ went above and beyond to check on an allergy. That means a lot to those of us that have allergies. So I feel like they should be considered allergy friendly.
