I have been here only a few times but everytime I do come, the food is fresh and service is friendly! I recently went to the drive through for a Cinnabon cinnamon roll and it was delicious as the employees were able to warm it for me. It's nice to have somewhere to go and just grab a Cinnabon roll since we have no storefront near here. read more

Dang not gonna lie I thought about it and read the reviews and changed my mind. Customer service 1/10 food 1/10 shoot everything 1/10. If I could give one star review and it stay I would but they would be able to remove it. That's crazy how peoples experiences are bad like that I couldn't imagine getting a burger and a deli sandwich gets brought out to me and get told oh well too bad. read more

I was "batching" it and out running errands so I decided on carryout. I've always had a good experience with Schlotzsky's in several states. I stopped in to order from the counter. I was greeted at the door and had my questions answered. While waiting I spent some time looking at the decor. Interesting things you wouldn't necessarily notice if you were in a group. My order was up quickly and I was on my way. The meal was hot, fresh, and tasty. read more

It's been a long time since I have been to once but a Cinnabon mashup I was sold! The food was good but the cinnamon rolls as usual was awesome! It's clean and quiet so a peaceful lunch was a plus! You'll have to try them out. read more

Schlotzsky's - Sandwiches Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

The actual space is relatively small. Hard to get to the counter when people are waiting for their to-go orders. I do like the ample parking and easy in and out of the shopping plaza. The service was great, I was greeted and asked all the questions. The menu has small medium and large option. This refers to the sandwich size, 4, 6, and 8 inch. I went with the medium, seemed reasonable. They also have pizza, flatbread, calzone & a Cinnabon menu. However, I felt it was very pricey for the portion size. Taste was good. read more

Food is good when it's done right... They post everywhere online to, "Call your store if something is wrong with your order" Seriously? What can they do about fixing it over the phone??? After getting my mobile order wrong 2 times in a row, I did call them. At first I asked politely if they were out of avocado or have stopped selling the chicken avocado pizza, so there'd be an explanation why I only get chicken and peppers on it. Told them this is the second time in a row this has happened. All they said was, "Oh I'm sorry about that... have a nice day!" And hung up. It just happened AGAIN today, but I checked before going home this time and went back through the drive thru to get it fixed. They need to be trained that avocado pizza should have avocado on it! Just makes me want to stop going all together cause it's too frustrating to deal with every time... read more

Sure it was bumpy when they opened but I eat here enough to have gotten multiple free sandwiches. My deluxe original is always great. The staff running the front are always cleaning and super friendly. The hot sauce bottles are always clean and full which is a detail difference from the Franklin location I have noticed. Headed there again today. I don't like Cinnabon so I don't have any opinions on its quality or proper preparation. read more

This was my first time trying it. The customer service was very kind, but we waited a long time to get our food. It was only 2 meals and both were served missing items. Unfortunately, I took it to go and didn't check the bag before leaving. When I tried to call the store to make it right, they couldn't do anything. Definitely would not recommend. Food did not match advertising. Subpar all the way around especially for the price, we willl not be returning. read more

Schlotzsky's - My skimpy Smokey "beefy" bacon sandwich. - Sandwiches Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Just don't!!! I love Schlotzskys!!! But this is a franchise and this location is not ok!!!! Man running this place (Andy, or Anand) does not care about food safety nor employees!!! I promise you!!! Do NOT GO HERE!!! Once he forced me to make bad Cinnabon that he knew thawed when the freezer broke, which he refused to fix, until 6days later....I baked the bad product to show him, but it was absolutely gross.... And instead of being concerned , he was upset I did not frost and put out to sale (this is the moment I NEVER returned.... I refuse to work for someone that doesn't care about their customers nor product quality, this was serious and could get people sick) however, I was literally the ONLY person ever trained to bake correctly. Ban this place!!! He won't stop. If Cinnabon went bad in a freezer left at 30 degrees 6 days... imagine what other products went bad and he sold anyway!!! Side note: when they opened and the sourdough bread was being made properly, I was so addicted and ate here often, once original bread maker was fired, new one never trained properly, and went I went in I saw the bread.... It's thin, and definitely not good!!!! Yet again, only one baker... and he speaks no English so not sure how he even knows how to make the bread, but it is WRONG!!! read more

Went into this location and placed my order and I could see the workers on the line were very fast and took care with my order. Hubby ordered two of the regular sized original sandwhiches and I ordered the small seasonal turkey and apple sandwhich which was very good - all of our sandwhiches were fresh as well as our fountain drinks - we also ordered the churros which were a bit stale and a bit hard to chew. Otherwise a good, clean location that was quick, accurate and almost everything was of good quality. read more

Schlotzsky's - Sandwiches Near Me - Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Stopped by for a quick sandwich after a 12 hour commute. I bought a French Dip sandwich to take home. When I arrived home I opened the bag to find my dipping sauce wasn't closed by the cooking staff and it was all over the bag and my clothes. When I opened my sandwich wrapping I found an over cooked stale bun with 2 pieces of meat!! I was so upset I threw it immediately in the trash. I just threw away $10 plus tax and the time spent to purchase. Never again will I ever visit Murfreesboro Schlotzkies, off of veterans parkway Tennessee! I urge everyone not to waist your monies or time. My only wish is that I took a picture of this over priced, terrible looking sandwich. read more

First of all I've loved Schlotsky's since the 90's. However, I haven't always been around them to get them. Like I lived in Louisiana and had them and they were awesome. Then I moved to California and they were awesome. Now I live here and, hallelujah y'all built one in Murfreesburo! Ok I don't live in Murfreesburo but it's the closest one to me. So grateful I seen a little catering vehicle with the logo and advertisement all over it or I wouldn't even had known though. Seriously, you gotta do some advertising. Y'all have the best Sour Dough Bread EVER!!! I hated sour dough bread till I ate y'all's. Seriously!!! Anyway, please don't take this wrong. The location of this restaurant is not somewhere to go during rush hour traffic. Omg, we had to literally go around in circles to get into this place. We showed up around 5 pm on a Thursday. It took us 15 minutes to get into the parking lot. The traffic is hellacious and awful. The parking is grandeur and lots of it. There was no wait and wasn't packed at all. Sat inside the restaurant which is very clean and all the staff is very friendly and polite. Bathrooms were very clean. You can tell this is a new build. Freaking awesome to have a great place to get good bread. They have Cinnabon too but my weakness would kill my keto there so I stayed away but omg they look so delicious! Sorry I didn't even think to take pics. Will attempt next time. Seriously try anytime other than 5 pm. On a Thursday. That traffic will make you mad! read more

Got a medium deluxe sandwich here today and it was as good a sandwich as I have ever gotten from Schlotzky's. It was awesome! No ridiculous wait either. read more

Went there and waited 45 mins for dine in order and was advised that our order was "bumped" and there was a mix up with their system to where it looked like the order was completed. Was told that they are making our food and we still waited another 15 mins with no food. Received a refund but it was odd that everyone else after us seemed to receive their food in a timely manner. read more

Tried eating at the new location twice now and they keep saying it's an hour wait. These are sandwiches! Once again we walked out and ate at another nearby resturant. Not sure if we will try them again. read more

Came for dinner and had great service and delicious food. I had one of the best salads I've ordered from a restaurant in a long time. The order was made to go with normal wait time. The restaurant was clean and tidy Please remember just because they have a drive thru doesn't mean it is fast food. If you are looking for a quality meal definitely give this location a try. read more

The food is delicious and the service is great, but I want to highlight the dedication to the community. This restaurant has donated multiple times to our school baseball team to make sure the boys are fed after school before the games. I truly appreciate businesses that are invested in the community around them. read more

excellent customer service had problem with app not warning to take my rewards, but they took care of it. Excellent food.

Food was okay, price was ridiculous. Lady at the window was so rude to the guy she was training. I feel bad for the environment of the workers. Food was not worth 18$ for a sandwich and drink. Wonder how long it will last. read more

Ordered a small French dip and there was barely any roast beef on it and I literally counted 2 pieces of onion on the sandwich. Wish I would have taken a pic. I've always had pretty good experiences with Schlotzsky's. I don't mind paying for quality food, but honestly I feel like I got ripped off. Hopefully they can work the kinks out because I really like Schlotzskys and it's so close to home. read more

We had the Calzones and they were wonderful. Like the soft bread. Got order to go in midafternoon without a long wait. Nice clean operation . Location is good for us. Had to wait for rush of opening crowds to calm down before we visited. Murfreesboro store read more

In was real excited that Schlotzsky was coming to Murfreesboro. Was extremely disappointed when I went there. They do not carry all their sandwiches. In fact, this is a slim down version of Schlotzsky. Very bad on them for not doing the full version. I drove across town to find out they only have a limited menu. I did order a sandwich along with my wife and they were very disappointing. We ended up throwing them away. We will not be back. I will keep going to the CoolSprings location when I am up that way. read more

The food was amazing and so was the service! the workers were so sweet and wonderful, especially for how busy it was. I saw some bad reviews about wait time but it was also their first and second day open people! Overall I love it and will be a new regular place I eat out read more

The worst wait in the world. If you have loads of time on a given day, come then. Otherwise, you will be waiting forever in drive through just for a sandwich and chips. I absolutely love Schlotzsky's as I am aware of the restaurant from other states and was excited to see a new one was near me but I will NEVER come back because it took over an hour to get food. it is a complete waste of customer's time. Not sure if they have run a restaurant before but people were getting out of line as I should have. read more

Poor food. Why would anyone eat this slop? A small pizza, sandwich, and a cup of soup for $35. 4 bites into the meal my wife and I looked at each other and tossed it all in the trash. Oh, service is pretty bad too. read more

Very pleased! The food was great, the staff were so friendly and the overall cleanliness was perfect. For those giving bad ratings need to get out more. This literally just opened! everyone in the reviews talking about how long it took, yesterday was their OPENING day. it took a bit for them to get going and get the food out, but the food was amazing and just how i remembered it. you could tell they were slammed and trying their best and they had karen's and rude people breathing down their necks all night. i loved the food and the workers were so polite, just need to get used to having the place up and running. give them a break read more

First and last time here. Me and my kids were excited to try this place, we got here and there was a normal amount of people here we ordered our food and waited 25-30 minutes for our food, a bit long but it was okay. Finally we got our food it was okay but not as good as I remember but it was good, a bit bland. Before we started eating I went back to order a meal for my husband to go. After we finished eating we still waited another 35 minutes and it started to get very busy and many people were waiting for their food along with us. I then went to go check up on my order and asked a worker how much longer and he told me that my order was not even in their system yet and that it was still going to take a while longer. At this point we had already been waiting for 55 minutes for the order and I was not going to stay there another while to wait on the food so I asked him if I could cancel my order and he then told me it was going to take 2-3 business days for my refund. Overall we were very unhappy with the service and the wait. The food was okay overall. read more
